When reaching out to Mewtants & Woofs, it helps to have your pet's size, breed, and coat type ready, as these details typically influence the grooming package recommended. Bring along up-to-date vaccination records, as most reputable groomers in Singapore require proof of current vaccinations before accepting a booking. It is worth asking whether a trial visit is available if your pet is anxious around new environments or unfamiliar handlers, and whether the team can accommodate temperament-specific needs. You can also confirm at this stage whether you prefer a drop-off arrangement at the Seng Poh Lane address or whether mobile grooming is available in your area, and discuss how to set up a recurring grooming schedule that suits your pet's coat condition.
To get started, contact Mewtants & Woofs via WhatsApp or phone with your pet's details and preferred appointment date, and ask about current availability and any documentation required before the first visit.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
My anxious dog Margo is always so well taken care of at Mewtants & Woofs! They’re super attentive and accommodating, and make sure to let us know if she was acting differently or if they spot any potential health issues. Been coming here for 2 years and Margo is always clean and happy, she even drags us towards their door when we drop her off :-)
Xanthia is very helpful… Well spent my cat super enjoy with Xanthia care..
Kobe loves going for his grooming at Mewtants & Woofs. The friendly groomers share trips on how to take care of Kobe in between sessions. Always a happy time to go grooming for Kobe.
Sheree and her team are absolutely wonderful—super friendly and professional. When my dog came in all matted, Sheree patiently recommended the best cut and truly delivered. The grooming was done quickly, and the results were great! Prices are very reasonable, and the whole experience is smooth from start to finish. Their communication is top-notch—they reply quickly and even send a reminder when your pet is almost done. The location is also a huge plus. While your dog is being pampered, you can explore the charming Tiong Bahru area filled with restaurants and coffee shops. I highly recommend bringing your dogs here. Great service, great people, and a great spot!
Found this gem of a place through Google Maps! My previous groomer no longer took cats so I had to look for a new groomer as his claws were literally getting out of hand. Sheree was super thoughtful and kind, she knew my cat is old and offered to change to a less crowded slot in case he was not comfy with other dogs around. She also provided progress photos which I really appreciate. The location of the shop is quite convenient too, with the car park just right in front. 10/10 would recommend! ^^

Grooming prices in Singapore typically vary based on your pet's size, breed, and coat condition. Small dogs and cats generally attract lower base rates, while larger breeds or those with thick or matted coats may incur surcharges. Common add-ons to look out for include de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning, each of which may be priced separately or bundled into a full-groom package. If mobile grooming is available, a transport fee may also apply depending on your location. Mewtants & Woofs uses a moderate pricing tier, so it is worth contacting them directly via WhatsApp or phone to get a specific quote for your pet's profile before booking. Most grooming providers in Singapore require dogs to be current on their DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine is the standard requirement. Some facilities also request proof of bordetella vaccination, particularly if your pet will be in close proximity to other animals during the session. Vaccinations are generally expected to have been administered within the past 12 months, and you will typically need to bring documentary proof at the time of drop-off. If your pet's vaccination records are not up to date, consult your vet before making a grooming appointment. Contact Mewtants & Woofs directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before your first visit.
Mewtants & Woofs is registered with ACRA and has been verified by KakiList, confirming that operating details and contact channels have been checked by a real person. In Singapore, grooming-only facilities are not required to hold an Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) licence, which is mandated specifically for boarding and daycare operations. As no boarding licence is listed for this provider, it appears to operate as a grooming service. Before your first appointment, it is advisable to ask the provider directly whether they carry insurance covering pet injury or adverse reactions during grooming, and to understand the protocol they follow should your pet become unwell or distressed during a session. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
