My very old MHI blower recently stopped working - impressed with its longevity (MHI products have been consistently amazing in my experience). Recalling the pleasant and effective repair service I received three years ago, I contacted this company again for help. I reached out via their website over the weekend, and their follow-up was prompt. Scheduling an appointment was easy, thanks to a staff member named Joyce. The handymen arrived on time for the service call. While I didn't get the names of the three staff members, they were jovial, positive, and professional. They conducted systematic and thorough checks on my system to troubleshoot and eventually discovered the problem was due to a trivial issue. I wish to highly compliment the team for their professionalism, efficiency, and honesty. I had a very bad experience with another company where all they wanted was for me to change expensive parts or even replace the entire system - neither ethical nor kind to the environment! I didn't take down the names of my three aircon saviors, but the bill number was SO84685, should the company wish to identify them. I can't speak for everyone, but anecdotally, my experience with KM has been consistently great! I now feel assured about replacing my air conditioner with another MHI unit in the future, knowing I can rely on this team for reliable service and repair work.

Replacing my 20 yo National and despite advice from many service men I bought a MHI rather than ME. Within 1 yr warranty broke down 2 times changed 3 parts. The techs know exactly what is wrong and to change fan coils or main pcb. They told me fan coil rusty. How can something contact condensation will rust regardless you use more or not. Now after warranty spoiled again cannot power off by remote. They won't care is it first time or multiple times quote $80 checking or $150 for labour + $90+ for a small part if not pcb. Real headache as is not only money but the hassle to take leave and the anxiety to expect it to down again. Hope KM service will be better if the product is not good.

The KM group is good, they have good service and good staff. But the BRAND of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is not good. Within a span of 1.5 years (bought in June 2024). My aircon unit + compressor broke down 3-4 times. (Compressor spoilt - PCB board, receiver spoilt) haizzzz... The trunking also makes the servicing harder. So close to the casing.

Jacki & Vias are a very efficient and patience. Especially jacki, he is very knowledgeable and he will check thoroughly and rectify the issue that i brought up to him. He is also willing to explain patiently whenever I asked him questions. This team always put on a smile, they take pride in their work. I will definitely recommend Mitsubishi heavy duties to all my friends and relatives. Excellent after sales service!
