Had a bad experience renting a condo unit for 2 years with Milson. Unit was not newly painted when handed over to me, but Milson had requested me to paint entire unit when handing over back to him. Based on Tenancy Agreement, fair wear and tear should be borne by landlord. Moreover, we had a dispute over some tile issues. Milson sent two contractors from his side and both told me the tiles were damaged by weather/wear and tear. However, Milson had requested me to pay for the damages. Expect slow reply from him.
