Had one of the worst nightmares with an estate agent from this company!! I used to live in 35 Eunos Crescent and the lease was handed over to me from another tenant. When I took over, they gave a small list of things to note during hand over and 2 years later when we left the house they billed us over S$1000 and did not even honour the contract that we signed. I went an extra mile and painted the whole house. The agent lady teamed up with another woman who was a relative or friend to the landlord and just cheated me with my money!!! As an expat, I had no resources to take this matter to the court and the agent took advantage of it. I would very much like to share the chat messages but I guess this review will be enough to warn people to avoid this company. Attached pictures and I am very much ready to share the contract details to anyone who wants a proof!!! Edit: Publicly shaming the agent's name is not my intention. Added screenshot from contract page mentioning Mindlink. May be the signature under "witness" in the screenshot will show which agent I'm talking about. Yes, the witness signature belongs to the agent.
