Quite easy to navigate the website. Having to send the prescription for the dog at each purchase is slightly troublesome, since the prescription is valid for a certain period and would cover all purchases made during that period. Imposing a surcharge on credit card payments penalises credit card users, but I suppose it is the company's way of saving costs by avoiding credit card fees to the credit card company. Making payment by paynow (to avoid the company's surcharge for credit card payment) requires an additional step of submitting proof of your paynow payment, again troublesome.

Vet recommended me to get prescription diet for my dog from them. I called, spoke to a lady who gave me a WhatsApp number to text for delivery. I texted them that I needed to get the food urgently.
