Bring along your pet's vaccination records, as the clinic will typically need to review these before proceeding with treatment or other services. If your pet has any known sensitivities, chronic conditions, or behavioural concerns, flag these at the point of enquiry so the veterinary team can prepare accordingly. The clinic can be contacted by phone or via an online form to arrange an appointment or to ask preliminary questions before attending in person.
To take the next step, call Monster Pet Vet directly or submit an enquiry through their contact form to confirm appointment availability, discuss your pet's needs, and find out what to bring for your first visit.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
One of the best Veterinaries we have ever come across. The vets and all the staff were so super attentive and patience (despite their manpower constraints). No question went without being addressed. Our bunny went in for a surgery to remove his tumour. Before the surgery, being an elderly bunny, the vet did a bloodtest to make sure he was good for the surgery. After the surgery, he just didn't eat normally. The vets and staff guided us through how to bring him back to normal. We felt so assured. Thanks that the tumour is benign and the removal is deemed curative. We will certainly return to Monster Pet Vet for our bunny future healthcare. And the pricing is considered reasonable in our opinion.
My hamster was rejected by another vet even though my hamster was bleeding at that time. But monster vet Dr provided immediate service to my hamster when she see him. I would like to thank the whole team for handling my hamster timely and professionally. Very touched by them. Glad that my hamster have their care at his very last moment. This is probably one of the best vet I have visited.
In general, I have no issue with the medical side of this practice. However, their booking system is just bad. Often when you call, it goes to voice mail. You would be asked to leave your number for a call back, and there are plenty of times now that they don't call you back. It's so frustrating that I just end up calling up another vet in the area. We are dealing with lives here. A bit of urgency would be nice. Maybe set up a Whatsapp Business account so people can write and send image to determine urgency and booking?
Dr I-Lynn was thoughtful, professional and sensitive. She was clear in her explanation with no airs or attitudes (which can be the case with some vets) Her language was easily understood by a layman and she never rushed or forced us into any decision. Alan was also very thoughtful and attentive. It’s a small clinic with limited resources, so if they’re not as efficient with picking up the phone- it happens. At their core, they do seem genuinely caring and competent at their work.
I am touched by how the Monster Pet Vet team who took time to write the lovely and memorable card with Rocket's paw print and his little hair to let us safekeep after his passing. Appreciate all the help given on his last journey. Dr that gave us time to accompany rocket on his last breath. All was very well arranged. Thank you for given us a good closure. Till we meet again.

Veterinary consultation fees in Singapore typically range from around S$30–S$80 for a standard visit at a neighbourhood clinic, with costs rising depending on the complexity of the case, diagnostic tests ordered, medications prescribed, or procedures carried out. Monster Pet Vet is priced at the mid-range tier ($$), which generally reflects competitive but not budget-level pricing. Additional costs to factor in include blood panels, X-rays, vaccinations, parasite prevention, and any follow-up consultations. Surgical procedures or specialist referrals will carry separate fees. It is worth asking the clinic for an itemised estimate before proceeding with any non-emergency treatment. See the full Veterinary Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
For dogs, core vaccinations in Singapore include the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is commonly required by boarding and daycare facilities, though requirements vary by provider. For cats, the FVRCP combination (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia) is the standard core vaccine. Most clinics and pet facilities expect vaccinations to be current, typically within the past 12 months, and will ask for documentary proof such as a vaccination card or health booklet at drop-off. If your pet is overdue, Monster Pet Vet can advise on a catch-up schedule during your consultation. Contact the clinic directly to confirm which vaccination records they require before your pet's appointment.
