We were glad to have Moods flooring as our contractor and more importantly to have Shanny serve us. We were thoroughly briefed about the pros and cons of having composite wood and traditional hard woods before we finally took the plunge and did up our balcony with chengal wood from Moods. in fact, we were so impressed with their service, we also had them do up our flooring with vinyl flooring. Pricing is reasonable but service is well above expectations!

After 2 visits later, was convinced by Shanny to replace our 3 bedrooms flooring to their Allura's collection. Never regretted it as Shanny constantly maintained comms with us throughout and had also accommodated our request to change our flooring design at almost the eleventh hour 👍. Had also noticed that there is good comms betw them as their delivery and installation team will update their sales team once they had completed their task.
