I paid for the post-reno cleaning and formaldehyde removal. Cleaning team consisted of 5-6 people and they were punctual. They took around 4h in total. Once the cleaning was completed, my cabinets were slightly wet due to the formaldehyde spray. I shrugged it off since they just finished cleaning. However on the next day, I saw that the spray left streaks on my cabinetry. It was also slightly sticky. When I asked Mop Squad, they mentioned to wipe it down with a damp cloth, and that it was the norm as it was necessary to leave the solution for one full day before wiping it off. It was fair, though it was not told to us in advance. In addition, I feel that it seems silly to have paid close to 1k and then needing to wipe down all surfaces myself after. When I was comparing with other vendors, they mentioned that a similar service will take 6-8h so I was quite surprised that this one took only 4h. Perhaps it was because other cleaning services would have wiped down the surfaces after the formaldehyde spray. Hence be well informed before engaging their services.
I engaged Mopsquad for a comprehensive deep cleaning service following my home renovation, and I am thoroughly impressed by the exceptional quality of their work. The team arrived punctually and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. Every area of the home — from the floors and windows to the finer details such as skirting boards and fittings — was meticulously cleaned. The team’s attention to detail was remarkable, and they ensured that even the most hidden corners were spotless. Mopsquad’s commitment to excellence and consistency in delivering high standards truly set them apart. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend Mopsquad to anyone seeking a reliable, efficient, and top-quality post-renovation cleaning service.
We engaged Mop Squad for our post-reno cleaning service. Overall we’re very satisfied with the standard of work. The few small areas that we pointed out were also promptly rectified without any hesitation. Really appreciate the team’s positive attitude and professionalism throughout. Well done and thank you again!
Engaged Mop Squad for glass awning cleaning services. Had a positive experience from start to finish. Jessica handled my queries promptly and ensured the booking process was smooth and everything was scheduled properly. A jet wash was originally scheduled, but the crew - Ah Boy and Tuan - was concerned it might damage the seals and cause leak issues and so they did the cleaning by hand. I really appreciated their professionalism and the care they took to avoid damage to my property. This is a company that prioritises quality over convenience. I highly recommend their services!
Update 2: In response to the owner Flooding and fridge power issues happened immediately after their cleaning. Management denied responsibility despite their own staff acknowledging it could have been caused by their team. The business owner sent the post-cleaning photos and videos to a third party instead of me. Flooding and fridge power issues occurred immediately after your cleaning. Management denied responsibility, even though your cleaner acknowledged it was possible their team caused it. Communication became hostile and unprofessional. You failed to provide the promised post-cleaning photos and videos to me, and instead sent them to a third party (the person who referred your company to me) without my consent. Stating that “my review doesn’t matter” shows exactly how this company treats customer concerns. Public reviews exist so customers can document their experiences. Dismissing feedback while shifting the discussion to “mutual respect” does not resolve the service issue — it avoids accountability. I have the full conversation thread. This review stands. For transparency and accountability, I have attached a screenshot of the company’s original, unedited public response. * Update 1 to my review: I did not receive the promised post-cleaning photos and videos of my unit. Instead, these were sent to the person who referred me - not to me, the actual client. It's hard to verify the service when the client is left out. Overall, the service fell short of professional standards, and I would not recommend this provider. Unprofessional and disappointing. *** I engaged this company for a condo cleaning service. After the service was completed, I discovered a flooding/water damage issue, and the fridge power switch had been turned off. When I contacted the company to clarify and resolve the matter, both the sales representative and the boss denied responsibility outright. This was despite the cleaner acknowledging that it was possible the fridge had been switched off accidentally during the service. Although they eventually sent a team to assist with the clean-up, they maintained that the issue was not their fault. More concerning than the incident itself was the manner in which it was handled. Communication became defensive, dismissive, and unprofessional. In any service business, accidents can occur. What customers reasonably expect is accountability, transparency, and respectful communication when they do. Based on my experience, those standards were not met. I would not recommend this company.
