We were recommended to Mori Homz by a friend who had previously engaged them for vinyl installation a few years ago, and we’re really glad we went ahead with them. What gave us even more confidence was hearing about their after-sales service. Even though my friend’s floors were installed years ago, when their tenant accidentally caused a dent, John arranged for his team to come down and fix it for them. That level of responsibility and support really stood out to us. John was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. We had initially chosen a different colour, but he shared photos of previous installations to help us better visualise how it would look in a home setting. We originally planned to install vinyl only in the living room, open kitchen, and service yard. However, after further consideration and discussions, we decided to proceed with doing the whole house instead. We’re very satisfied with the workmanship. Even though we chose not to install skirting, the silicone finishing was done very cleanly and neatly, which we truly appreciate. The overall finish looks seamless and well-executed. We chose the 0.7mm wear layer vinyl in Meiji Gure, and we’re very happy with how everything turned out!

Hello. I engaged Mori Homz back in May 2023 to look for suitable vinyl which can match with my house theme colour. Mr John Ong was the salesperson who introduced me and my wife about various kind of vinyl and the quality of the product. He explained each different kind of vinyl and best suited us was the colour Imperial X. Recently, our vinyl flooring was burned. It was minor burned which have stains on the flooring. John told us to use thinner to remove the burn stains, unfortunately it didn’t work. As we have spared vinyl at home, John offered to change new vinyl instead. I would like to thank Mr John for your excellent service and showing us the go-to-extra mile for rectifying and helping us with the issue. I would recommend Mori Homz not just because of his excellent service, but rather the quality of the vinyl that I have been using for 2 years at my home was indeed satisfactory!
