I’d like to share feedback from my recent visit. My first visit was pleasant, but during my second visit the counter staff was noticeably unwelcoming and dismissive. As a front-liner, I would expect basic courtesy, a friendly tone, and some patience. When asked about my cat’s breed, I did my best to guess since I adopted her at two weeks old. Instead of correcting me politely, I was told that “ragdolls are never black,” which felt unnecessary and condescending. The interaction made me feel talked down to rather than assisted. On a positive note, the doctor I saw was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, due to the counter experience, I do not intend to return. I hope this feedback helps improve customer experience for future pet owners. (a malay lady, i don't bother to get her name btw)

Our beloved 14-year-old dog Nemo started showing signs of a left eye infection, swelling and excessive tearing, after researching online and consulting with the vet's owner on Facebook we chose Mount Pleasant Animal Medical Centre Clementi because of their ophthalmology expertise, their reputation for compassionate care and their advanced technology gave us confidence, during our visit the vet thoroughly examined Nemo and while the diagnosis of a blind left eye and a deteriorating right eye was heartbreaking the vet's professionalism and kindness were exceptional, they were incredibly patient and understanding calming Nemo's fears immediately, the vet explained everything clearly and answered all our questions thoroughly, we were given detailed instructions on cleaning Nemo’s eyes and applying medication, the entire process from consultation to dispensing medication was seamless and efficient, the staff were all friendly and helpful making a difficult situation much easier to bear, the total cost was 465 including the 100 consultation fee a worthwhile investment in Nemo's health and well-being, despite the sad news about his left eye we left feeling confident in Nemo's care and incredibly grateful for the expertise and compassion shown by the entire team at Mount Pleasant Animal Medical Centre Clementi, we wholeheartedly recommend this clinic for their exceptional care.

Second time there, staff’s fault to key in my handphone number wrongly so can’t find records, they just told me I had never bought anything from them. I wanna transfer to other Mount Pleasant branch to buy cat food, they also just told me cannot help!
