Thank you to Kent and his team for the support to our family. The parlour is really cozy with high ceilings, private family room with sofa and bathroom facility. Free parking just outside the parlour makes all very convenient. Nice PA system too. Thank you.

I chose this venue for my mum's funeral wake as it was quite central, near Geylang Bahru MRT station and not too far from where most of my relatives stay. There is also a NTUC, hawker centre and amenities nearby, so if you need to get food other things, they are easily accessible. The photos of the hall also looked very good. I liked they layout, the lighting and decor of the hall made it look very pleasant. There was a safe inside the hall to keep the condolence money, a toilet with a warm shower, a private family room for you to rest when needed. The manager Bonnie was also responsive when I had questions and needed to call her.

Hall has high ceiling, spacious and pleasant environment. Good amenities with Spotify premium account for the sound system, use of safe, fridge, family room etc. Staff are helpful, especially Kent Cheah, who help us resolve matters. Cleaner is also helpful.

Mount vernon is an excellent place. The staff who manage the place went above and beyond to cater to our every need, and I cannot thank them enough. I left a charging cable that went missing after the funeral, and their staff, bonie reached out to help replace my lost cable. I am very grateful for the level of care the staff showed us throughout my father's wake.
