My first impression of Dr. Benjamin Mow was his warm welcome, accompanied by a broad smile. This has been consistent during every appointment. He exudes a reassuring vibe that was particularly comforting at the time. He is always patient in reviewing the test results, going through each page meticulously, and explaining everything in great detail. It was truly impressive, as I have never encountered a doctor quite like him before. I must also mention his staff at the front desk. All of them are incredibly friendly and polite, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere in the clinic. Thank you everyone!
Starting with the receptionists: i love how everyone of them knows where to carry on from my conversation with the other receptionist regarding appt. I also love how cheery they sound over the line. Meeting with Dr Mow: there is sth reassuring when we met him. He went on to explain line by line on our reports so we understood better on the condition. He also went on to share what other avenues we could explore and its not confusing at all. He even took off to the radiology dept to get our scans so we can get a better understanding. Really grateful for his effort. Overall, a very great experience. He is recommended by a friend who is currently in remission.
Could not recommend highly enough. Took the time to review, explain and walk through previous testing. Patient, well mannered and empathetic. Wish more doctors were like Dr Mow. (Hematology & pregnancy appointment)
