The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. It holds a Google rating of 4.5 out of 5, though this is based on 15 reviews, which is a small sample and should be treated as directional only. Fees are positioned in the moderate range for the Singapore childcare market.
When enquiring about a place, parents are encouraged to contact Mulberry Learning to ask about slot availability for their intended start month, as infant care and preschool places — particularly for younger age groups — can fill up well in advance. During your enquiry, it is worth asking about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the structure of the daily routine, and what the settling-in period looks like for new children. Parents of Singapore citizen children should also ask about ECDA subsidies, including the Basic Subsidy and Working Mother's Subsidy, which can meaningfully reduce monthly out-of-pocket costs. A centre visit before enrolment is strongly recommended so you can observe the learning environment and meet the lead teachers.
To take the next step, use the phone or enquiry form listed on this page to reach Mulberry Learning directly, ask about current availability for your child's intended start month, and arrange a centre visit before signing any enrolment contract.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

My husband and I are very satisfied with our choice of Mulberry. The newly built playground and water play area in the center allow the children to enjoy active time regularly, and the diverse curriculum helps develop their language and learning skills. Moreover, the teachers genuinely care for the children, and it is evident in their affection. My child is having a wonderful time at the center and has grown so much.
Mulberry Clarke Quay is a wonderful preschool. Love that the children enjoy lots of outdoor time and the different learning areas are beautifully decorated. The teachers are also very responsible and passionate. Highly recommend this preschool.
I was sourcing for a safe environment with caring and professional teachers for my baby girl and I’m definitely very happy and satisfied I found Mulberry@Clarke Quay. The teachers are simply awesome. They would do what it takes to soothe, care and love the little ones like their own. That is what differentiate from the other infant care places I have seen. If you want trusted caregivers for your child, I strongly recommend you to explore Mulberry@Clarke Quay. My kid was enrolled at 8 months old and I was very worried of the separation anxiety she would have, but from day 1 till now, hardly any tears and always opening her hands to reach for the teachers during drop off. That says everything about the school and teachers.
My husband and I are absolutely delighted to have discovered Mulberry CQ and were eager to enroll our child right away. Our experience has been nothing short of wonderful—the teachers are incredibly nurturing and have helped our child develop essential skills. The newly built, spacious environment, with its diverse play areas, fosters creativity and exploration. We especially love the exciting activities incorporated into the curriculum, such as Busy Bakers and Water Play, which keep our child engaged and learning hands-on. What stands out to us most is the school’s emphasis on the Reggio Emilia approach, which has significantly contributed to our child’s growing independence, from putting on their own shoes to feeding themselves and carrying their own school bag. A special thank you to Li Laoshi and Principal Carol for the exceptional care and attention they’ve given our child!
The new brunch and the great location. The teachers are very professional and lovely. They are keeping safety environment and providing fun activities for the kids. Well communicated with the parents also. Overall we are very pleased with our experience at Mulberry @ Clarke Quay.

Monthly childcare and kindergarten fees in Singapore vary depending on the child's age group, the number of hours enrolled, and whether the programme is full-day or half-day. As a moderate-priced provider, Mulberry Learning's fees are likely to sit within the mid-range for private preschools in Singapore, but you should contact them directly to confirm the current fee schedule for your child's age band. In addition to monthly fees, most centres charge a one-off registration fee and a deposit — typically equivalent to one to two months of fees — upon enrolment. Uniform and personal insurance costs may apply separately. Childcare fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the quoted monthly fee should reflect your actual payment. Singapore citizen children enrolled at ECDA-licensed childcare centres may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care and up to S$300 per month for childcare — subject to household income and the mother's working status. Working mothers who work at least 56 hours per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Subsidy, which provides further monthly relief on a tiered basis. For lower-income families, the Additional Subsidy (previously known as the KidStart or MSF subsidy) provides means-tested support that, when combined with the Working Mother's Subsidy, can bring total assistance up to S$710 or more per month. Kindergarten-only programmes may fall under KiFAS. Permanent residents receive partial subsidies. Subsidy amounts and eligibility criteria are reviewed periodically, so contact ECDA directly at ecda.gov.sg for the most current figures before making enrolment decisions.
Demand for preschool and infant care places in Singapore — particularly at well-regarded centres — means that popular slots can be taken three to twelve months ahead of the intended start date. Infant care vacancies are especially competitive given lower caregiver ratios and limited capacity. January is the peak intake month for most programmes, so families targeting that window should enquire particularly early. To secure a place, most centres require payment of a registration fee and deposit, which effectively reserves the slot. It is advisable to contact Mulberry Learning as soon as your intended start month is known to check current availability. If the centre is full, ask to be placed on a waiting list and confirm the process for being notified when a vacancy arises.
