About Music Elements
Music Elements is a music school operating from its centre at Oxley Bizhub in Ubi, with coverage across Singapore. It holds KakiList verification and is registered with ACRA. The school carries a Google rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 142 reviews — a robust sample that lends meaningful weight to the score. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier ($$), though specific per-session or monthly fees were not available at the time of listing.
For families and students considering Music Elements, the usual starting point is to enquire about level and syllabus fit — whether lessons are structured around ABRSM, Trinity, or another examination board, or geared towards recreational learning. It is worth asking about the availability of group classes versus one-to-one tuition, as the format affects both pace and price. Many music schools offer a trial class so prospective students can assess the teaching style and instrument suitability before committing to a term. Clarify whether lessons are conducted in-person at the Ubi centre or whether online options are available, and confirm the term-commitment requirements and cancellation policy before enrolment.
To take the next step, reach out to Music Elements via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to ask about current availability, confirm which instruments and levels are offered, and arrange a trial class.
Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
After several years of playing, it was finally time for my hard rubber Bb and C clarinets to be checked and serviced. I contemplated sending them back to their designer/maker in the US but having had a good customer experience with Music Elements a few years before when purchasing a clarinet accessory and after reading about their instrument repair services and initial conversation with their woodwind technician over the phone, I decided to engage them for the work. My experience throughout the process has been nothing but positive. The technician was welcoming, open, attentive and patient as he listened, assessed, explained and carried out the servicing. My clarinets are playing beautifully again as designed and I don’t need to worry again about having to send them back to their maker in the US :) Thanks again, Eugene!
I bought a clarinet mouthpiece from Music Element, the experience was excellent. The staff were very friendly and efficient, making the whole process quick and comfortable. The mouthpiece itself plays well, with a clear and focused tone. Highly recommended.
Bought a clarinet for my son. Was helped by Justin. He gave us very good advice and guided the process smoothly. He and his colleague gave my son tips on how to start, care, and maintain his clarinet. Was patient in showing him the different techniques on how to get the best of his instrument. Thank you.
Bought a mouthpiece and ligatures for my alto saxophone. Unfortunately, some saxophone items are currently not in stock. For someone who works on most days, I’m so glad that they’re open on Sundays!! Love the space too 👍🏽
Spacious shop with event and rehearsal space and wind and brass instrument repair facilities. Well stocked with Brass and wind accessories along with percussion. For those reviewers who say "it's difficult to locate" -- USE GOOGLE MAPS 😎 and it's super accurate. Plenty of parking, and also accessible by bus #137 from Aljunied MRT or walk from 15 min from the station cutting through the HDB estate. I would recommend checking directly with sales staff by giving them a call to check if an item is in stock. I've found prices for accessories to be very reasonable.

Specific pricing for Music Elements was not publicly listed at the time of this entry, so it is best to contact them directly for current rates. As a general guide, music tuition in Singapore typically runs on a per-session or monthly package basis, with group lessons sitting at the lower end of the range and one-to-one tuition commanding a premium. Trial class fees, if charged, are usually a flat one-off amount and may or may not be credited against future lessons. Ask whether materials — such as books, printed scores, or examination entry fees — are included or billed separately. Sibling discounts and multi-lesson package deals are common at music schools and worth enquiring about. See the full Music Schools cost guide for Singapore →
Many music schools in Singapore offer a trial class, either at a reduced fee or at the standard per-session rate. The trial is an opportunity to assess whether the teaching approach suits the student's learning style, whether the level is appropriately pitched, and whether the student feels engaged and comfortable with the instructor. For younger children especially, a trial class can reveal whether the instrument and format hold their interest before a term commitment is made. Come prepared with questions about examination goals, practice expectations at home, and how progress is tracked. Contact Music Elements directly to confirm their trial class policy and availability.
Credential details for Music Elements' instructors were not available in the listing data. When enquiring, it is reasonable to ask about each tutor's educational background — for instance, whether they hold a degree or diploma in music performance or music education — and their years of teaching experience. For examination-stream students, ask whether the tutor has specific experience preparing students for ABRSM, Trinity Guildhall, or other graded syllabuses relevant to your child's goals. If you are enrolling an adult learner or a student pursuing a particular genre, confirm the tutor's specialism. Contact Music Elements directly to ask about the instructors assigned to your instrument and level.
