About My First Skool
My First Skool is listed under International Schools and operates from its centre at Blk 19 Jln Sultan, with coverage described as islandwide. The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. It carries a Google rating of 4.5 out of 5 based on 14 reviews — a small sample, so this figure should be treated as directional only. No EduTrust or CPE certification has been recorded on this listing, which is a mandatory requirement for international schools in Singapore.
Families considering My First Skool should begin by clarifying the curriculum track on offer — whether IB, American AP, British IGCSE and A-Levels, or Canadian Ontario — as this determines the university admission pathways available to students. Before committing, request the full annual cost breakdown: annual tuition, the non-refundable enrolment fee, the refundable deposit, any building fund or capital levy, and estimated transport and meal costs. It is also worth asking about the student-teacher ratio, SEN provision, and the balance of expatriate versus Singaporean enrolment. For older students, an intake assessment is typically part of the application process.
The most useful next step is to contact My First Skool directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to request a school visit, a full fee schedule, and confirmation of EduTrust certification status before proceeding with any application or payment.

My little one attends playgroup here, and it’s been such a delight to see him happily walk into the campus each day without any stress or fuss. During those first few weeks, my spouse and I visited his classroom multiple times a day to check on him, and the principal and teachers were always so understanding and supportive—they never once made us feel unwelcome. This gave me/us the peace of mind to focus on work, knowing my son was in the safe and caring hands of teachers who consistently show kindness and attentiveness to all the children. I also love how thoughtfully [My First Skool] integrates good ventilation and open spaces, allowing the kids to enjoy natural sunlight and connect with the outside world rather than confined to a bright, closed-off room. As we prepare to relocate to another branch, we’ll truly miss this campus. Teachers Fifi and Laoshi have been my son’s favorites, and I can wholeheartedly vouch for their exceptional care, dedication, and warmth.
Title: Disappointing Experience - Lack of Engagement & Orientation Rating: 1/5 I'm extremely disappointed with First Skool's service. As a parent, I expect engagement and support, but it was lacking. The orientation was nonexistent, and teachers seemed disengaged from both my son and me. The absence of local teachers is a significant drawback. I believe having more local staff would benefit the school. Three incidents raised serious concerns: 1. The Chinese teacher's unhygienic diaper-changing practices pose potential health risks. 2. A Filipino teacher in Infant Care nearly hit my son while rushing past the playgroup class, compromising safety. 3. During outdoor activities, PMD bikes were speeding, and individuals with roller equipment were walking around, creating safety hazards. Given these issues, I wouldn't recommend First Skool for a nurturing environment. Hopefully, they'll address these concerns and improve.
Our daughter has been going to MFS for almost 3 years now and she's absolutely loves it. Shes enjoying all the activities and the care of her teachers. The teachers are kind, thoughtful and will always update you on important events. Teacher Di from nursery has been really great to our daughter from day 1.

International school tuition in Singapore typically ranges from S$25,000 to S$60,000 or more per year depending on the year group and curriculum. Beyond tuition, the full cost picture usually includes a non-refundable enrolment fee (commonly S$3,500–7,500), a refundable deposit equivalent to roughly one term's fees, and in some cases a building fund or capital levy of S$10,000–25,000. Transport can add S$3,500–8,000 per year, and school meals a further S$1,500–4,000. My First Skool has not published a specific fee schedule on this listing. Note that international school tuition is GST-exempt, but fee escalation of 8–12% annually at some schools is worth factoring into a multi-year commitment. Contact My First Skool directly for a current, itemised fee schedule before making any enrolment decision. See the full International Schools cost guide for Singapore →
My First Skool has not specified its curriculum track on this listing. The curriculum offered — whether the IB Diploma, American AP, British IGCSE followed by A-Levels or the IB, or Canadian Ontario — is a critical factor because each leads to different university admission strengths. The IB Diploma is broadly accepted at universities worldwide; AP qualifications carry the most weight for US university admissions; A-Levels remain the primary pathway for UK universities. Class sizes at international schools in Singapore typically yield student-teacher ratios of around 16–20 students per class. If the school publishes data on IB average scores, AP pass rates, or university destination outcomes, requesting this directly will help you assess academic outcomes. It is advisable to ask about these specifics during a school visit before committing to enrolment.
The application process at most international schools in Singapore begins with an online application, followed by a school visit and, for students entering older year groups, an intake assessment. Waitlists can be lengthy — particularly for popular entry points such as Year 7 to Year 9 — so it is advisable to apply well in advance of your intended start date. Before paying any fees, clarify what is refundable if you leave Singapore mid-year: typically the deposit is refundable on notice, while the enrolment fee and building fund are not. Confirm the payment timeline for the enrolment fee and deposit, and request the full refund policy in writing. As no EduTrust certification has been recorded for My First Skool on this listing, it is essential to verify CPE registration status directly with the Committee for Private Education before proceeding. Visiting the school during operating hours and meeting the relevant year-group lead before committing is strongly recommended.
