We brought our puppy for grooming at your shop for the first time, and unfortunately, we were very disappointed and concerned about the overall hygiene and handling. When we fetched him, we were disturbed to see hair everywhere — on our puppy, on our clothes, and even inside the carrier. Our puppy is a non-shedding breed, yet he came back covered in hair. The carrier, which was left on the floor, was also full of hair, and even the staff were covered in it. We had informed your team that our puppy had not yet completed his 3rd vaccination, but he was still exposed to hair and contact with other dogs. The grooming and reception areas were full of loose dog hair, which raised serious hygiene concerns. Exactly one week after that grooming session, our puppy fell sick (5 Oct) and was diagnosed with a virus infection. While we cannot confirm with certainty that he was infected at your shop, this was the only public place he had been to, as we were extremely careful not to bring him elsewhere before completing his vaccinations. Common sources of such infection include contaminated water, infected feces, or contact with other dogs in unhygienic conditions — all of which are possible in environments where cleanliness is not strictly maintained. He could have been showered in an unclean area (which i didnt see) and later kept in a cage that was full of hair, placed right beside other dogs while they were being groomed. He could even touch and play with the dog next to him, which should not have been allowed — especially for an unvaccinated puppy. (This is what we saw) We are deeply heartbroken as our puppy passed away today. We truly hope you take this feedback seriously and review your hygiene and sanitation practices, especially when handling young or unvaccinated pets, to prevent other families from going through a similar loss. Note: I was contacted to remove this post when I posted my feedback on 27 Sep 2025 so as not to affect their business. But after what happened to us, I am reposting it to ensure the cleanliness is not compromised at all times in such a place.

Came to pet image to have our dog’s nails grinded and have his anal gland excreted. Law was very patient and honest; gave us many tips to maintain our boy and even shared that our boy’s nails are short enough and need not cut. Extremely reliable and efficient, had our boy’s anal gland excreted very fast. Would highly recommend everyone to engage their services. Thank you so much Law, we will be back!

Have been going here for my dog's grooming since 2019. My Singapore special is very timid. He's not aggressive but has major anxiety issues. The staff of My Pet Image always make it a point to ease my dog's anxiety and keep him as comfortable as possible throughout his grooming/nail clipping. They also update me immediately if they spot a skin issue or bald spot. Never negligent. Strongly recommend their services.

First time bringing my 4 months old puppy to My Pet Image for grooming today. This was her second grooming session, and she was an active puppy especially when seeing new people around her. The groomers and the owner, Law assured me that my puppy activeness is very normal and they will be able to handle her. After seeing my puppy out from her grooming, I was very satisfied, happy, and surprised. The groomer trim her fur well and nice, eyes and ears are well- clean, finger nails are well trim too. The groomers and the owner, Law is very patient and assuring. I could highly recommend My Pet Image to all the paw parents, price reasonable with excellent services, and a wonderful team.
