Families considering a place for their child are encouraged to enquire early about slot availability for their intended start month, as popular preschools — particularly those with an arts-integrated curriculum — can fill quickly. When you reach out, ask about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the daily routine and curriculum approach, the settling-in period for new enrolees, and whether the centre participates in ECDA subsidy schemes for Singapore citizen children. A centre visit is strongly recommended so you can meet the lead teacher and assess the learning environment firsthand before committing.

NAFA Arts Preschool has a very well-rounded and holistic curriculum for their students. My daughter has learned and grown a lot since she joined in January 2023. The Principal and Teachers are very caring, encouraging, and supportive. Aside from the great curriculum the school offers, they also teach and instill good lifestyle / hygiene habits to the young ones (which I personally really love and appreciate). The meals served in school are always nutritious and sufficient. I can focus on my work knowing my daughter is in excellent hands everyday.
As a parent whose child has experienced 2 different preschools (and with nephews in other preschools), I can confidently say that APS has exceeded all my expectations. Not only do the teachers genuinely care about the well-being and development of each child, the dedication and compassion to each child has deeply touched our hearts. The focus on arts education/exposure plays a vital role in fostering creativity and imagination - we are inspired by the various forms of art he is exposed to in school. Regular updates on his progress, together with weekly insights on his class activities have made us feel involved and assured about his development. We definitely recommend NAFA Arts Preschool to any parent seeking a nurturing and stimulating environment for their child!
The principal of NAFA Art Pre School does not CARE ABOUT HER STUDENTS AND STAFF, and I must say, it was one of the worst experiences I've had with an educational administrator. This principal was not only uncaring, but also irresponsible in her duties. From the moment I approached them with a concern about my child's academic progress DUE TO HIGH TURNOVER RATES OF TEACHERS LEAVING, it was clear that the principal had little interest in helping. They seemed dismissive of my concerns and did not provide any concrete solutions or support. In fact, they seemed to go out of their way to avoid dealing with the issue, which only made me more frustrated and upset. It was as if they were content to let things slide and avoid any confrontation, regardless of the potential consequences for the students involved. Overall, I would not recommend this principal to anyone seeking a responsible and caring leader for their child's education. Their lack of concern and irresponsible behavior have left a lasting negative impression on me, and I can only imagine how their actions have affected other parents and students in the school.

Specific monthly fee figures for NAFA Arts Preschool were not available at the time of this listing. As a general guide, preschool and kindergarten fees in Singapore typically vary depending on programme type, session length (half-day vs full-day), and whether the centre is an anchor operator or a private provider. Beyond the monthly fee, families should ask about a one-off registration fee, a refundable deposit (commonly equivalent to one to two months of fees), and any charges for uniforms or personal accident insurance. Childcare and kindergarten fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so no GST should be applied to the core programme fee. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled at ECDA-licensed centres may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care and up to S$300 per month for childcare. Working mothers who clock at least 56 hours of work per month may qualify for the Additional Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy on top of the Basic Subsidy. For lower-income households, the Additional Subsidy (income-tested) can bring total combined support up to S$710 per month or more depending on gross monthly income. Kindergarten-only programmes may fall under the KiFAS (Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme) rather than the childcare subsidy framework. Permanent resident children are generally eligible for partial subsidies only. Subsidy rates and income thresholds are subject to revision, so always verify current figures directly with ECDA at www.ecda.gov.sg before making enrolment decisions. Note that eligibility also depends on whether NAFA Arts Preschool holds the relevant ECDA licence — confirm this with the centre directly.
Availability at NAFA Arts Preschool was not confirmed at the time of this listing, and current vacancy will depend on your child's age group and intended start date. As a general rule, popular preschools and kindergartens in Singapore — particularly those with a specialist or arts-focused curriculum — can have waiting lists of several months, and enquiring 6 to 12 months ahead is advisable for infant care places in particular. The peak intake period in Singapore is January, aligning with the start of the school year, so families targeting a January start should begin enquiries no later than mid-year. To secure a place once offered, centres typically require payment of a registration fee and a deposit. Contact NAFA Arts Preschool directly via phone or the enquiry form to ask about current availability and to get your name on the waitlist if slots are full.
