NAFA Arts Preschool is a childcare provider offering infant care, located at 80 Bencoolen St, Singapore 189655. The centre is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered, and holds a Google rating of 4.2 out of 5, though this is based on only 5 reviews and should be treated as directional rather than conclusive. Families interested in securing a place should enquire as early as possible about slot availability for their intended start month, particularly for infant care, where demand tends to outpace supply. When you contact the centre, ask about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the daily routine, and the settling-in period to help your child transition comfortably. It is also worth discussing ECDA subsidies, which are available to Singapore citizen children and can meaningfully reduce out-of-pocket monthly costs. A centre visit is strongly recommended before committing, giving you the opportunity to meet the lead teachers and assess the environment firsthand.
To take the next step, reach out to NAFA Arts Preschool via phone or the enquiry form to ask about current infant care availability and to arrange a visit to the centre.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

NAFA Arts Preschool has a very well-rounded and holistic curriculum for their students. My daughter has learned and grown a lot since she joined in January 2023. The Principal and Teachers are very caring, encouraging, and supportive. Aside from the great curriculum the school offers, they also teach and instill good lifestyle / hygiene habits to the young ones (which I personally really love and appreciate). The meals served in school are always nutritious and sufficient. I can focus on my work knowing my daughter is in excellent hands everyday.
As a parent whose child has experienced 2 different preschools (and with nephews in other preschools), I can confidently say that APS has exceeded all my expectations. Not only do the teachers genuinely care about the well-being and development of each child, the dedication and compassion to each child has deeply touched our hearts. The focus on arts education/exposure plays a vital role in fostering creativity and imagination - we are inspired by the various forms of art he is exposed to in school. Regular updates on his progress, together with weekly insights on his class activities have made us feel involved and assured about his development. We definitely recommend NAFA Arts Preschool to any parent seeking a nurturing and stimulating environment for their child!
The principal of NAFA Art Pre School does not CARE ABOUT HER STUDENTS AND STAFF, and I must say, it was one of the worst experiences I've had with an educational administrator. This principal was not only uncaring, but also irresponsible in her duties. From the moment I approached them with a concern about my child's academic progress DUE TO HIGH TURNOVER RATES OF TEACHERS LEAVING, it was clear that the principal had little interest in helping. They seemed dismissive of my concerns and did not provide any concrete solutions or support. In fact, they seemed to go out of their way to avoid dealing with the issue, which only made me more frustrated and upset. It was as if they were content to let things slide and avoid any confrontation, regardless of the potential consequences for the students involved. Overall, I would not recommend this principal to anyone seeking a responsible and caring leader for their child's education. Their lack of concern and irresponsible behavior have left a lasting negative impression on me, and I can only imagine how their actions have affected other parents and students in the school.

NAFA Arts Preschool operates on a monthly recurring fee model, positioned at a mid-range price point. Beyond the base monthly fee, families should ask about the one-time registration fee and whether a deposit is required — centres typically collect a deposit equivalent to one to two months' fees to secure a place. Additional costs such as uniforms and personal accident insurance may also apply. Childcare fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the monthly amount quoted should be the amount payable. Before confirming enrolment, request a full written breakdown of all fees so there are no surprises after your child starts. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled in licensed infant care centres may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy of up to S$600 per month. Working mothers who clock 56 or more hours of work per month may qualify for the additional Working Mother's Subsidy on top of this. For lower-income families, the Additional Subsidy provides further means-tested support, with combined subsidy amounts potentially reaching up to S$710 per month. Permanent resident children may receive partial subsidies, though at lower quantum than citizens. Subsidy rates and income thresholds are reviewed periodically, so it is advisable to check directly with ECDA for the most current figures before making financial plans. NAFA Arts Preschool must hold an ECDA licence for government subsidies to be applicable — confirm this with the centre directly.
Infant care places in Singapore are in high demand, and popular centres can fill up months in advance. As a general guide, families are encouraged to enquire between three and twelve months ahead of their intended start date, with January being the peak intake month when many new cohorts begin. To secure a place, centres typically require a registration fee and a deposit, which together confirm your child's slot. Given the limited review data publicly available for NAFA Arts Preschool, it is best to contact the centre directly via phone or their enquiry form to get an accurate picture of current availability and the expected waiting timeline for infant care.
