About Nanotech Cleaning
Nanotech Cleaning is a part-time cleaning service operating islandwide from its Ang Mo Kio base. The listing has been verified by KakiList, and the service holds a 5/5 rating across 61 Google reviews — a moderate and encouraging sample. No ACRA registration has been confirmed on our records, so prospective customers should request proof of business registration directly. Pricing is positioned at the mid-range ($$) on an hourly basis, though the exact rate was not provided at the time of listing.
To get started, reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm hourly rate, minimum session hours (typically 3–4 hours for part-time cleaning in Singapore), and whether the service covers one-off cleans, regular weekly or fortnightly visits, deep cleans, or post-renovation and pre-move-in cleans. Clarify your property type — HDB flat, condominium, or landed home — as this affects time and pricing. Ask whether cleaning equipment and supplies are provided or whether you need to have them on hand. It is also worth confirming whether the helpers deployed are Singaporean or permanent residents (who may be hired directly) or foreign workers — if foreign, the deploying company must hold a MOM-issued cleaning business licence; direct hire of foreign freelance cleaners is illegal under MOM rules and exposes the homeowner to significant penalties. Finally, ask about the substitute policy if your regular helper is unavailable, and confirm whether the service carries public liability insurance.
Contact Nanotech Cleaning via WhatsApp or phone to request an hourly quote, confirm the booking date, and ask about equipment, insurance, and the legal status of the helpers before your first session.
If the helper is foreign, confirm the company's MOM cleaning business licence before booking — the penalty for hiring an unlicensed foreign freelancer lands on you, not them.
Engaged Nanotech Cleaning for my post reno cleaning and really impressed on how meticulous Mr Farhan & his team clean the house. He also provided us with tips on what cleaning products are good for our floor, windows and dining table. Highly recommended and worth the price.
Extremely satisfied with the service and job well done! Highly recommended for being so accommodating and taking own initiative to help disinfect and wipe down areas that were not within my highly contacted areas during my period of getting infected with Covid 👍👍
Mr Lim Beng Huat and his colleague provided an incredible professional disinfection service to my family. They not only disinfected the whole house but also cleaned all possible touch-points (even window grills and wall-mounted fans) leaving no stone unturned. They also poured down disinfecting chemicals into our sinks and drains and even pointed out to change our tap cover. They even cleaned the area outside of our doorstep and provided us with some of their chemicals to wash our clothes. We are all impressed by the detailed explanation of what they have done and grateful that we have engaged Nanotech Cleaning for the disinfection of our whole house. I feel so safe after we have engaged Nanotech Cleaning to do a disinfection of our whole house. Hence we encouraged all who wants to do disinfection to seriously consider Nanotech Cleaning company and they do a fantastic job.

Wiping down all the high touch area. Drop them a message on Sun through their website and they called me back within 1 hr to explain their scope of work. Reasonable price. Their friendly staffs came earlier than agreed time. They explain to us on what they are going to do. Nanotech Cleaning uses an hourly pricing model, though the exact rate was not published at the time of listing. Typical rates from licensed part-time cleaning companies in Singapore run S$18–25 per hour, with a minimum booking of 3–4 hours per visit. One-off deep cleans generally range from S$150–800 depending on property size, while post-renovation cleans can run S$350–1,800 and pre-move-in cleans S$400–2,500. Confirm whether equipment and cleaning supplies are included or homeowner-provided, and whether a fixed quote is available for one-off jobs versus the standard hourly rate for recurring visits. Foreign part-time helpers must be deployed exclusively through a company holding a MOM cleaning business licence — direct hire from informal channels such as Carousell, Facebook groups, or WhatsApp referrals is illegal under MOM rules. The penalty falls on the homeowner: a fine of S$5,000–10,000 and a two-year ban on hiring any domestic or part-time helpers. Nanotech Cleaning's licence status was not confirmed in our listing data, so it is important to ask the company directly for its MOM licence number before booking. Singaporean and permanent resident helpers do not carry this constraint and may be hired directly without the same legal risk.
Public liability insurance — typically S$500,000 minimum — is the standard benchmark for part-time cleaning companies in Singapore. It covers accidental damage to property or belongings during a session. Ask Nanotech Cleaning for their policy number and coverage scope in writing before your first booking. Also confirm the substitute arrangement: if your regular helper is unavailable due to illness or leave, a reputable company will send a trained substitute within 24 hours rather than cancelling at short notice. It is also worth asking whether the same helper is assigned each visit — consistent assignment tends to produce better results and builds household familiarity over time. If the company's MOM cleaning business licence is not available on request, proceed with caution.
