Customer service isn’t very well disposed. I usually try to reconfirm details for these things because it’s for life, however, they reply with “Like i said before”, “Already mentioned”, as if they didn’t even want to help answer. It has happened multiple times both in person and in chats too. Dr Janna is amazing though! But do be more warm with patients, it goes a long way. Every question is valid & deserves repetition if needed. Just some genuine feedback.
