I can see why the low ratings and negative reviews. Poor workmanship and installation of aircon done at my condo which leads to leakage in pipes. Had to call several times before the technicians were sent down and even then, all they did was to patch up and didn't rectify the issue fully last year. This year, the same issue returned. Decided to change aircon servicing company now. And oh , don't even bother about customer service at Natural Cool which doesn't really exist.

After 15 years as a loyal customer, I’m canceling my service due to the company’s sharp decline in air conditioning service quality. The skilled technicians are gone, replaced by an incompetent team. Worse, customer service is appalling. Nicole was rude, and her manager, Adeline, was equally useless. Leadership clearly doesn’t care about improving. This wasn’t an easy decision, but their lack of professionalism and declining standards left me no choice. Fix this, or expect to lose more customers.

After years of getting my air con servicing and purchasing units form this company, I had no choice but to look for another service provider. Natural Cool is quick to pick up calls and arrange for a visit but the on-site service quality has deteriorated significantly in the past year. After a servicing in April 2024, the flap of the air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms started malfunctioning. The technician who came insisted that the issue was not due to any fault of the team but rather due to wear and tear - even though the malfunctioning took place on the very day of the servicing. We subsequently arranged to replace that unit's motor. During the following servicing, I opted for chemical cleaning based on the technician's recommendation. The unit stopped functioning the same evening and after a visit for the technical team, it's working but making a lot of noise. Upon requesting for the technician to come back, the team attributed once again the problem to wear and tear. It seems too coincidental that the units malfunction right after being serviced but natural cool will not take any responsibility for this. I am conscious that it could be a coincidence but the lack of willingness to even consider wrongdoing is appalling. The technician who attended to us also insisted that the bedroom unit was installed in 2010 and thus was due for replacement but we purchased it from them years after that date - any excuse was given to avoid liability. Additionally, after purchasing two recent units from Natural Cool, we noticed stains and chips on the paint of the kitchen wall which were made during installation. No attempt was made by the team to clean or even apologise for the chipped paint. No apology or reply from my last email to address my concern.

We have used their aircon maintenance service for a few years and have been fortunate with their technicians (polite and hardworking). We were about to install new aircon units with them, but their office customer service is terrible, with inefficient staff who cannot be bothered. This completely put us off, and we will not be returning to this company for any future service.

What I liked about their service was that they were honest to let me know which parts of my air con compressor needed repair- if I called a generic aircon repair company, they'll likely tell me to change the whole compressor which would like cost like 9-10K! I'm happy that they came realtively fast ( about 5 days as they needed to check stock of the boards required for the compressor) and the repair was without ay glitches- great work!
