I came across this spa while walking around at ION. The therapist was highly skilled, attentive, and ensured the pressure was just right based on my preferences. They focused on my areas of tension, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The attention to detail, such as warm towels and calming oils, added an extra layer of comfort to the session. One of the best things about this spa is the pricing. It's surprisingly affordable given the quality of service provided.

Booked 1.5 hrs of massage. I had a frozen left shoulder and was recommended by friend to look for Regina. She really has good techniques. Using slow strokes and right pressure, my shoulder pain subsided significantly after the session. The reception is very polite and friendly as well. Will visit again.

Super decent experience with the Tuina/Sports Massage session to loosen some muscles after a long run and hard gym session. Place was very clean and conducive. Masseuse was well trained and professional, attentive to needs. Although lacking a little more strength as I would prefer, she does ensures the right spots are covered. The Tuina session does not really differ from the normal body spa massage to be frank. I tried both and the techniques are very similar. Was hoping for something different to tackle the deep muscle tissue but it was lacking. Otherwise, still a good experience. Counter staff was efficient and does not push packages. There’s also bottled water and hot ginger tea for consumption complimentary.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. I paid over $100 for a massage, but the quality was far below expectations. The therapist (a tall, solidly built female therapist — unfortunately I do not know her name) applied almost no pressure throughout the session, and there was no clear technique or focus on pressure points. The treatment was inconsistent between the left and right sides of my body, and the overall session felt rushed and mechanical, as if it was done in the easiest way possible rather than with care or professionalism. Instead of feeling relaxed, I left feeling stressed and frustrated. At this price point, I expect a much higher level of skill and consistency. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their quality control.

Masseuse Amy was patient, experienced and good. She checked with me if her pressure was alright and i felt a lot better after the massage. Payment was done at the start so that you can immediately walk out of the spa once you are done. Will revisit. Thank you, Amy!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Natureland Spa charge per session?

Natureland Spa's pricing is positioned in the mid-range ($$), but specific per-session rates were not provided at the time of listing. Singapore wellness centres typically charge S$60–150 per session for holistic treatments, with package rates offering a lower effective per-session cost when booked in bulk. A first-visit or consultation fee may apply separately from the treatment cost. Confirm the full session rate, package terms (expiry date, transferability, and refund conditions), and the no-show or late-cancellation policy before paying. See the full Holistic Wellness cost guide for Singapore →

Do I need a referral or assessment first?

Most holistic wellness treatments at centres like Natureland Spa do not require a formal GP referral, though some modalities — particularly those addressing musculoskeletal or chronic conditions — benefit from one if you intend to claim through an insurance policy or Medisave. Expect to complete a brief intake form on your first visit covering health history, current medications, and any contraindications (pregnancy, skin conditions, recent surgeries, or cardiovascular conditions). This helps the practitioner tailor the session safely. If you have a complex medical history, it is worth calling ahead to confirm which treatments are suitable before booking.

Is the practitioner licensed?

Holistic wellness is a broad category in Singapore with varying regulatory requirements by modality. Physiotherapists are registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), TCM practitioners with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB), and psychologists with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). However, some holistic modalities — such as massage therapy, reflexology, and aromatherapy — do not carry mandatory statutory licensing in Singapore. Natureland Spa does not list specific regulatory licences in this KakiList profile. It is advisable to ask directly which treatments are offered, which practitioners deliver them, and what training or certification they hold before booking. Confirm on the relevant board's public register where a licensed profession is involved.
