Sad to read the negative reviews from buyers that are perhaps not familiar with the process for evaluating and laying flooring. We went through a very efficient process with the Neufloor/Modernood team. It started with helpful and prompt communication by whatsapp; a visit to their showroom where we were *not* oversold! In fact, we came thinking we would need to pay more and were pleasantly surprised to see a great range and to be able to choose a good quality that was below our budget - allowing us to increase the scope/size of the project. Next: yes, the $100 site visit - but this was absolutely necessary. And it came with a bump in the quotation but for valid reasons (floor looked good to us - but flooring issues discovered were clearly communicated and pricing was reasonable/comparable to other vendors.) Upon confirmation, process was FAST and friendly - they took care of liaising with building management, delivered, leveled and laid flooring well - and even discovered more problems that they did not charge us for. Workspace was left clean and communication was smooth. I wish all contractors were so competent in their specialization! As a bonus, wastage was not as high as expected - and they only charged us materials used, so project was below their quoted price! Kudos to the Neufloor team. Job well done. Highly recommended.

we used Neufloor's vinyl via Secret Furnishing. 1 month after installation, it popped or curled up in multiple spots. despite several repairs, this continued for a year. to be clear, the vinyl was not exposed to direct sunlight, because we had been advised to take such care. Edit: for clarity, the workers and the lorry were from Neufloor. Update: to Neufloor, if you would like to resolve this amicably, please watch your tone. Very bad quality and customer service. Company website claims lifetime warranty but it started peeling and curling at multiple spots after 2 years in a residential environment. Approached their customer service and they just bluntly claim that they do not have problem with that batch of vinyl, and cannot explain why this happens. They just refused to take responsibility for these low quality vinyl. Stay away from them to prevent headache!

Honestly terrible experience with this company. $100 for site visit. After that, price was different from what I expected for flooring. Sales man is not transparent from beginning on prices for extra costs such as skirting etc.. Also terrible customer service feels like he has attitude or not interested to work not too sure. I had to keep chasing the sales guy for proper guidance on what needed to be done. Even after paying so much for a so called custom skirting which cost so much, it looks ugly.looks like was pasted nth like a custom fitting. I don't understand why they are very sneaky like since they sell the flooring per SQ ft cheaper than other company, bt they are like increasing sales price on other stuff to make money?

paid $100 as deposit, thinking the initial quotation amount was reasonable to go ahead but final quotation was much more. $100 is for site survey (non refundable). no companies has ever asked for site survey fee..this is the first...horrible experience..
