If you are looking for a fuss free and super fast renovation with competitive prices, you can look for Jimmy. We engaged Jimmy as our ID for our new bishan BTO. Collected keys on 7 July, was able to move in by 29 August. Including hdb defect check plus rectification. Been staying in my new house for almost a month and didn't find any issues. Jimmy was very responsive and efficient even after handover and full payment received. He arranged for the works to be done seamlessly with very minor hiccups. When I received keys to my BTO 2-room flexi flat on March 2025 and looking for a reliable and responsible ID, my friend recommended me to his ID, Jimmy Yap. Just wanted to give a huge shout out to our ID, Eugene Soh from Design Plus Interior. He always advised us honestly on the pros and cons of our design ideas, and as a result, our home turned out exactly how we wanted it to be while still being very practical. He also helped us manage costs by cutting out unnecessary items and working within our budget. Like any renovation journey, there were few hiccups, but Eugene was always responsibly resolve any issues highlighted. Even after handover, he still responds promptly and arranges repairs whenever we raise any concerns / defects. We wouldn’t hesitate to engage him again if we ever need another renovation!
