Was referred to them by Wah Hong Motors & Credit Pte Ltd. when my car key can't fit into the door lock. Ah Hock served me. He may not be the smiling type, but after hearing my car lock problem, he immediately sprung into action to first verify whether its the key problem. After some detailed testing, it's very clear...the lock mechanism is faulty. And he advised me to have the lock repaired instead of using a remote. Because its always safer to have a manual override. The repair cost is $100, but I think its justifiable because it was a very tedious job. They strip out the door panel, dismantled the lock mechanism, dash in and out of the machine shop.... very detailed job that took close to two hours. Even though its was way past their closing time, they pressed on to complete the repair for me. I considered $100 very cheap for the amount of work done. Will go back to them any time in future should I have car lock issue. They know their stuff. Will have given a 5 star if Ah Hock can smile more. Ha ha. Search Google and found this Company. Went down to change my car remote key battery as at times while driving, the dashboard showed signal that can't detect my key. Ben served me, he may not be smiling but after answering his questions, he knows what to do with the key and since he has original Honda key, I also duplicated it despite the pricing. He took less than 20mins to get the key done. Tested well with it. And battery came with compliment. I can understand why their keys are more expensive than some commented like outside only $2. You must know they specialize in this and and a whole workshop to it, unlike outside near market or outside at a corner of the hardware shop. Their keys seems rusty to me. You will get what you want with good quality and original brand duplication. Fast and efficient. Thank you Ben and the team.

Went to duplicate car key. Staff super unfriendly UNLESS you speak chinese. Attitude switched 180° when i spoke chinese. From "No. Cannot." To "YES! CAN!" In less than 2 seconds once i spoke chinese. Told me that it would take 30 mins to duplicate key but it clearly took more than an hour. NOT ONLY, they also made the new worker do the key while the experienced ones either,ate food,or walked around to cure boredom. Overall i regret. Save your time,and money. Go somewhere else. Ur welcome🙏.
