If you are considering enrolling your dog in a grooming course or booking grooming services here, it is worth confirming a few details before committing. Share your dog's size, breed, and coat type, as these factors typically influence session duration and pricing. Bring along your pet's vaccination records, as reputable grooming providers in Singapore generally require up-to-date documentation. It is also worth asking whether drop-off appointments are available and what a typical grooming session covers — for example, whether nail trimming, ear cleaning, and blow-drying are included as standard or charged separately. If your dog is nervous around strangers or unfamiliar environments, ask about a trial visit to help your pet acclimatise before a full session.
To take the next step, contact Ngee Ann CET Dog Grooming Course directly by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing. Ask about current availability, session pricing for your dog's breed, and vaccination requirements before your first appointment.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
NP Learning Day - 7/2/2026. Always good to learn, network, up skill and be prepared to grab opportunities when they arise.
I called CET hotline to ask about the difference of 2 CET courses contents, one male staff answered my call, he didn’t know the answer and just direct me to ‘STEP’ portal. Then I asked the course coordinator’s email so I can ask directly. He provided 2 emails, when i asked the course coordinator’s names, he told me he also don’t know and requested me to just email and don’t need to ask him in so much detail. Firstly, I did not expect a call centre staff to know all answers, however his demeanor is rude and I can’t believe NP call centre allow such behaviour, especially he is the first line of support for incoming enquirers. This is unprofessional and disappointing.

Specific pricing for Ngee Ann CET Dog Grooming Course was not published at the time of this listing, so it is best to contact them directly for a quote. As a general guide, dog grooming in Singapore typically starts from around S$40–S$60 for small breeds and rises to S$100 or more for large or double-coated breeds. If a mobile or transport component is involved, clarify whether there is an additional fee for that as well. See the full pet grooming cost guide for Singapore →
Most grooming facilities in Singapore require dogs to be vaccinated against core diseases before accepting them for a session. For dogs, this typically means an up-to-date DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) combination vaccine, and many providers also ask for proof of rabies vaccination. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is commonly required where dogs will be in close proximity to other animals, such as grooming studios or group settings. Vaccinations are generally expected to have been administered within the past 12 months. You will usually need to bring the vaccination certificate or booklet issued by your vet at the time of drop-off. Contact Ngee Ann CET Dog Grooming Course directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before your first visit.
In Singapore, grooming and boarding facilities for pets are subject to licensing requirements administered by the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. At the time of this listing, no specific licences were recorded for Ngee Ann CET Dog Grooming Course, so it is advisable to ask them directly about their AVS compliance status before proceeding. It is also worth asking whether the facility carries insurance that covers your pet in the event of an injury or adverse reaction during grooming. Reputable providers should be able to clarify their protocol if a pet becomes unwell or is accidentally hurt on the premises. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
