If your pet is anxious around handling or other animals, flag this at first contact so the team can plan accordingly. It is also worth asking about recurring grooming schedules, as consistent appointments help maintain coat condition and reduce stress for the animal over time.

I brought my rabbit to Animal Ark Springleaf as Dr Joyce is listed as one of the rabbit-savvy vets in Singapore. My rabbit had a physical examination and underwent sterilization yesterday, and everything went smoothly. He is now recovering well at home. Dr Joyce is very friendly, gentle with my rabbit, and patient with all my questions. The vet assistants were also kind and reassuring throughout the visit. Their WhatsApp responses were prompt, and the clinic is upfront and transparent with their pricing when i enquired. I also find their prices reasonable. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care provided. I will definitely return to Dr Joyce for future checks if needed, or when I get another rabbit and it needs sterilization :)
I had a very pleasant experience at AVH Animal Ark Springleaf. The veterinary staff were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. They handled my cats Snow, Snowball, and Musake with great care and patience, which gave me peace of mind as a pet owner. The clinic environment is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It is also easy to locate, making visits very convenient. The only small challenge was the online appointment process, which may be slightly difficult for those who are not very familiar with online booking. Personally, I received help from my TikTok friend, Suzi Salleh (Ohsem MummyCat), to assist with the appointment. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and truly appreciate the dedication and love shown by the team. Highly recommended for pet parents who want quality and compassionate care for their pets.
Kumo has been seeing Dr Soh since puppy days (he’s 8 years young now). Dr Soh is very friendly and calm so every visit to the clinic feels comfortable and non-intimidating for Kumo. The vet techs are also very friendly and never fail to pamper Kumo with lots of attention and belly rubs whenever he visits. The clinic location at Mandai may be remote but the pawsitive vibes are which Dr Soh and her team radiate are close to Kumo and his hoomans’ hearts. 🥰
Brought my cat for free Microchipping and the process was so fast and efficient. We had a pleasant experience. The receptionists were friendly, the vet doctor was kind and did the microchipping with ease. The whole process took only about 10 to 15 mins, and we will definitely recommend anyone to go to AVH Animal Ark for their pets needs!
Fear-free clinic with caring doctors and nurses who go out of their way to ensure your pets are well taken care of! I've been going to Animal Ark since 2020, when they were originally located at Binjai Park. I've brought my two Singapore Specials to them, and I've also brought a foster SS puppy to them for checks and vaccinations. I've always appreciated that the staff are gentle with my dogs, who are skittish and not the easiest to handle. It is extremely important to me that I get to be with my dogs during consultations, and the staff are open to listening to my suggestions on how to handle my dogs to cause them the least amount of distress possible. We always have constructive discussions on the best way forward, and this has been so helpful in ensuring that my pets get the care that they need while protecting their emotional and mental health too. The current location of the clinic at Mandai is really good for skittish animals as well, with their large waiting area. They are never overbooked, ensuring that there is plenty of space between your pet and other patients so that nobody is unduly stressed. The environment is also very peaceful, and parking is always available. I recently used their services for the various vaccinations and tests required to export my two dogs to New Zealand. While one dog was exported without any issues, the second dog had various issues with the blood test results through no fault of the clinic (the problem was with the testing laboratory). The staff spared no effort to help me troubleshoot and find ways to resolve the problem, and were always just a WhatsApp message away. It helped a lot that they are open over the weekend so we were able to move things forward without any delay. Their team worked closely together and all of them were kept abreast of our situation so there was no gap in the care and communications at all. I was able to speak with any of the team members to get things done. Eventually, we solved the problem and my dog was exported successfully. I am very grateful for the strong support from the team at Animal Ark and would unreservedly recommend them to any pet guardian looking for a dedicated and caring vet clinic!

Grooming prices at pet services providers in Singapore typically vary based on the pet's size, breed, and coat condition. A standard bath-and-trim for a small dog generally starts from around S$40–S$70, while larger breeds or those with longer, denser coats can attract fees of S$90–S$180 or more per session. Specific add-ons such as de-shedding treatment, teeth brushing, nail filing, and ear cleaning are usually priced separately and can add S$10–S$30 each to the base fee. Noah's Ark Veterinary and Boarding Resort is listed at the moderate price tier ($$), but exact fees are best confirmed directly with the provider, as pricing depends on your individual pet's profile. Contact them by phone or form before your first appointment to get a clear breakdown. See the full pet grooming cost guide for Singapore →
Most professional grooming and boarding facilities in Singapore require pets to be current on their core vaccinations before accepting a drop-off. For dogs, this typically means the DHPP combination vaccine (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and rabies, with proof of vaccination dated within the past twelve months. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is frequently required as well, particularly for facilities that handle multiple dogs at once. For cats, the FVRCP vaccine (covering feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) is standard, along with rabies where applicable. You should bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate on the day of the appointment. Contact Noah's Ark Veterinary and Boarding Resort directly to confirm their exact vaccination requirements before your first visit, as policies can differ between facilities.
In Singapore, grooming and boarding facilities for pets fall under the regulatory oversight of the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS), a cluster of the National Parks Board. Boarding operations specifically require an AVS licence to operate lawfully, and licensed premises are subject to inspections covering animal welfare, hygiene, and space standards. Noah's Ark Veterinary and Boarding Resort is KakiList verified and ACRA registered. No specific AVS licence is listed in the current directory record, so it is advisable to ask the provider directly to confirm their AVS licensing status and whether the facility carries insurance that covers injury or illness to pets during grooming or boarding. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
