Great Doctor & staff. Super Nice. Doctor David was very patient with my wife who has a phobia with injections & blood drawing for tests etc. All the nurses were super polite & friendly...Nur, Sam & Des. Highly recommended for your medical requirements (GP)

I had an excellent experience at Northshore Family Clinic. Dr. Yuen is highly professional, patient, and incredibly detailed in his approach. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I felt heard and well-cared for. What I also appreciated was the efficiency of the clinic; the waiting time was accurate and the environment was clean and well-maintained. It’s refreshing to find a clinic that is both medically thorough and respectably organized. Highly recommended!"
I had a very positive experience with the doctor and nurses. The doctor was patient, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The nurses were kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Thank you for the excellent care and dedication!
Had my first visit at this clinic couple of days back due to consistent coughing for over a week. Was greeted and welcomed graciously by Samantha which she voluntarily provided a clinical mask and a cup of warm water to sooth my throat. The entire process was very pleasant and seamless. Doctor Yuen was professional and precise in his diagnosis. I got alot better after 2 days of medication and rest. Very grateful to the team at Northshore Family clinic (punggol point) . 😊

GP consultation fees at private and CHAS-participating GP clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit before medication and investigation costs. If Northshore Family Clinic Punggol participates in the Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS), Pioneer Generation cardholders, Merdeka Generation cardholders, and CHAS Blue or Orange cardholders may be eligible for subsidised consultation and medication fees — confirm this directly with the clinic before attending. Common add-ons billed on top of the consultation include medication (S$5–30 per prescription), basic investigations such as a finger-prick glucose or lipid screen (S$10–30), and diagnostic tests referred to an external lab. GST applies on private medical services. For planned procedures or specialist referrals, request a written estimate that itemises each cost component before committing. Every legitimate GP clinic in Singapore holds an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. No licence details appear on this listing, so patients should ask the clinic directly for its licence number and verify it before booking. Every practising doctor must also be registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) — searchable by name at smc.gov.sg, which confirms registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. Confirm both the clinic's MOH licence and the named consulting doctor's SMC entry; neither alone is sufficient. If the clinic participates in MediSave CDMP or Screen for Life, those scheme registrations are additional trust signals available from MOH and the Agency for Integrated Care.
For outpatient GP visits, MediSave can be used under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for general outpatient treatment, rising to S$700 per year if the consultation is under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers hypertension, type 2 diabetes, lipid disorders, asthma, COPD, stroke, and selected mental health conditions. Confirm whether the clinic is registered for CDMP before your visit so the correct withdrawal applies. Integrated Shield Plan (IP) riders on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient and day-surgery claims more comprehensively than outpatient GP visits — check your policy terms, as outpatient cover depends on your specific rider. For any referral to a specialist or planned investigation, request a pre-treatment financial counselling estimate from the receiving provider that separates insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket cost in writing before proceeding.
