About Osler Health International Raffles Hotel Arcade

About Osler Health International Raffles Hotel Arcade

Osler Health International Raffles Hotel Arcade is a private general practice clinic located at Raffles Hotel Arcade on North Bridge Rd, serving patients across Singapore. The clinic holds a 5/5 rating across 144 Google reviews — a robust sample that provides a reliable indication of patient experience. No regulatory licences appear in the listing data, and ACRA registration is not confirmed; patients are encouraged to verify the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctors' Singapore Medical Council registration before booking.

As a GP clinic, Osler Health International is the appropriate first point of contact for acute illnesses, travel medicine, vaccinations, general health concerns, and referrals to specialists where needed. Patients without a polyclinic referral can attend as private self-paying patients; the first consultation fee for a private GP typically falls in the S$25–60 range, with investigations such as blood panels, swabs, or X-rays billed separately. For planned specialist referrals, it is worth confirming whether the clinic can issue a referral letter to a public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinic, which would reduce downstream specialist fees for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents. Enquire about Integrated Shield Plan coverage and MediSave withdrawal eligibility — the Chronic Disease Management Programme allows MediSave 500/700 claims at registered CDMP providers for qualifying chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidaemia.

To make an appointment, contact Osler Health International Raffles Hotel Arcade via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form, and ask for the next available slot with your preferred doctor.

5 stars! I really love this clinic. I’m from Germany and came here because I had a cold and needed a medical certificate. It was amazing to have a German-speaking doctor available. The staff are super friendly, even at reception. Highly recommend!

Dr Chiu was able to see me very quickly, offer me realistic and practical advice on a foot sprain, as well as quickly refer me for a boot fitting, so that I can salvage my vacation by being more mobile. He quickly judged the severity of my situation (low) and prescribed a situation that would limit damage, while allowing me to return to a reasonable amount of activity. Many Thanks!

Made appt thru whatsapp for flu vaccination. Prompt and quick response and sending documents to be filled online. Once arrived at the clinic, no drama. Was out in less than 10 mins!

As a health professional it is so important to me to have a GP surgery who I can trust and a GP who will be honest with me. I can honestly say that this is the best practice I have ever been part of. Each Dr that I have seen or met treats me as I would like to be treated. I feel seen and heard. There is no over referring and I feel looked after. I would particularly like to give a big shout out to Louise. Louise is the first person you see at the desk. She is bubbly, kind and compassionate. She deals with difficult patients with ease and she makes the best coffee 😉 From the front desk to the nurses and drs they really are a great team! No I’m not on commission with them. Just praise where praise is due. Thank you Osler🙏🏼

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Osler Health International Raffles Hotel Arcade charge?

Private GP consultations in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, though fees at a clinic located within a hotel arcade may sit at the higher end of this band given the central location and private-practice setting. Investigations billed on top of the consultation commonly include blood panels (S$60–200), rapid antigen or swab tests (S$30–80), and urine analysis (S$15–40). Prescriptions, medical certificates, and travel health documentation are each a separate line item — confirm the full fee schedule when you book. GST applies to private medical services. If you hold an Integrated Shield Plan, check with your insurer whether outpatient GP visits are covered under your rider, as most IP riders that include outpatient benefits have an annual cap and co-payment. MediSave cannot be used for routine GP visits but is available under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for qualifying chronic conditions at CDMP-registered providers. Is Osler Health International Raffles Hotel Arcade MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

Every legitimate private clinic is required to hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. No licence information appears in the current listing data for Osler Health International Raffles Hotel Arcade, so patients should confirm the clinic's licence directly before booking. Every practising doctor in Singapore is also registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC); search the public register at smc.gov.sg by the consulting doctor's name to confirm active registration status and any specialist accreditation. Osler Health International operates a network of clinics across Singapore and is a known name in international and expatriate medicine, but the absence of licence data in this listing means the standard verification step remains important. Confirm both the clinic's MOH licence and the named doctor's SMC entry — neither alone is sufficient. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at Osler Health International Raffles Hotel Arcade?

Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life primarily cover inpatient stays and day surgery, but many IP riders include outpatient specialist consultations — GP visits are generally not covered unless the plan has a specific outpatient rider. Confirm pre-authorisation requirements with your insurer before any planned procedure to avoid post-visit claim disputes. MediSave cannot be used for routine GP consultations. However, if you are a Singapore Citizen or PR managing a qualifying chronic condition — hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, COPD, selected mental health conditions, and others — MediSave can be withdrawn under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) up to S$500 or S$700 per year at a registered CDMP provider. Ask the clinic whether it is CDMP-registered and whether your condition qualifies before the consultation. For any investigation or procedure with a meaningful cost, request an itemised estimate in writing that separates the consultation fee, investigation fees, prescriptions, and any applicable GST so there are no surprises at checkout.
