Over charges both the product, and service. Furthermore doesn't provide product warranty. Add insult to injury, Mr Nathanael Tan charges $100 for delivery and installation fee, and was very pushy. My father and I tried to install it ourselves, but ended up breaking it; we tried to get it repaired from Mr Fan and we were charged for an exorbentent fee and long waiting time. So I went overseas to have it repaired at fraction of a price. After coming back from overseas I met Mr Tan, and made him to explain to me thoroughly how to install it. Then he retorted to me that I should've paid for the $100 delivery and installation to prevent such an earlier incident from happening.. I don't know what happened afterwards, but I remembered feeling very angry and may have snapped back at him. Overall, Mr Nathanael Tan claims thatbhis company normally deals with contractors who are far more experienced in doing these repairs and installation work, but he can't handle simple customers who most likely don't have experience nor skill to do it safely and properly. He needs to work on his customer handling and relationship skills, and be far more flexible. I'm glad that the brand and product I got from him will definitely last long, and hopefully would last longer than his company.
