About NTUC First Campus
NTUC First Campus is a childcare and infant care provider operating islandwide across Singapore. The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. It carries a Google rating of 2.4 out of 5, though this is based on only 10 reviews — too small a sample to draw firm conclusions, and prospective families should treat this figure as directional only. Monthly fees are displayed at the $$ price tier.
Families considering NTUC First Campus for infant care should begin by enquiring about slot availability for their intended start month, as infant care places in Singapore fill quickly. When you contact the centre, ask about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the daily routine, and the settling-in period to understand how the centre supports young children through the transition. It is also worth asking about ECDA subsidies — Singapore citizen children may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy of up to S$600 per month for infant care, subject to eligibility criteria, and additional means-tested support may be available on top of that.
The most useful next step is to contact NTUC First Campus directly via phone or their enquiry form to confirm current vacancies for your target start month, arrange a centre visit, and request a full fee schedule inclusive of registration fees and deposit requirements.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

Been trying to get my son to nearest centre for the past 2 years been in waitlist and still no vacancy!! Ridiculous!! Called saying there’s vacancy few months back but suddenly say no vacancy in November.. Don’t even know what they are trying to do!! In website say limited vacancies but when called no vacancy?? Stop putting people on waitlist and not do anything about it what is the waitlist even for?? Wait until my son P1 already issit? Really ridiculous!!
When comes to refund of Child's CDA funds, they take their own sweet time. It's been more than 8 weeks and despite chaser emails with ECDA, MSF and Education Minister, I've not received the CDA refund for my child since he graduated last year.
Extremely poor management, my child has been in the waiting list for 1 and a half years but we don’t get a slot. It is not a waiting list, it is a network list. If you don’t have friends working in there, you won’t get a slot.
Terrible double standard. Father does not have a word when comes to children education.
nice staff

NTUC First Campus displays fees at the $$ price tier, indicating a mid-range monthly recurring cost. For infant care in Singapore, monthly fees at private and anchor operators typically range from around S$1,200 to S$2,800 before subsidies, depending on the centre and programme. You should also budget for a one-off registration fee and a deposit of approximately two months' fees, as well as any uniform or insurance charges the centre may levy. Childcare and infant care fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the monthly amount quoted should be the amount you pay. Contact NTUC First Campus directly to obtain a current, itemised fee schedule before committing. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled in a licensed infant care centre are eligible for the Basic Subsidy of up to S$600 per month. If the child's mother is working at least 56 hours per month, she may also qualify for the Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy, which provides additional support. Families with a gross monthly household income below S$12,000 may be eligible for the Additional Subsidy, bringing combined support up to S$710 or more per month depending on income tier. Permanent resident children receive partial subsidies at a lower quantum than citizens. Subsidy amounts are set by ECDA and subject to change — verify current figures directly with ECDA or via the LifeSG portal before making budget assumptions. NTUC First Campus, as an anchor operator, should be able to guide you through the application process at enrolment.
Infant care places in Singapore are in high demand, and it is common for popular centres to have waitlists extending three to twelve months ahead of the intended start date. January is the peak intake month, so families targeting that period should enquire particularly early. Even outside January, infant care vacancies tend to move quickly due to the limited caregiver-to-infant ratios required by licensing standards. To secure a place, most centres require payment of a registration fee and a deposit at the point of offer. Contact NTUC First Campus directly via phone or their enquiry form as early as possible to check current availability at the specific centre nearest to you and to understand their registration process.
