The wayfinding is really thoughtful (small feedback to consider signage on the auto-swing door) as the wayfind signage sticker on the side walls were not as obvious. It is not intuitive as visitors were relying on overhead signs. Queue management system was accurate and easy to follow. Lastly, staff were hospitable. The backend staff whom we met along the overhead linkway went out of his way to guide us to Zone E. When I referred another family trying to find CE to him, he promptly stepped forward instead of brushing it off. Kudos to NUH team! 🫶🏼
their new location is abit of a walk along ulu walkways. Once you get there, you'll see nice friendly decor. the waiting area can be a little warm but they have fans to try to help. there are different floors and the flow of patients is pretty smooth. doctors and nurses are nice and professional
This NUH children medical centre is nicely decorated and very child friendly. Short waiting time from registration to triage. Doctors, staffs, Physiotherapist are good, helpful and friendly. A special mention goes to Dr Lawrence Wang, an experienced and details doctor who serves with heart. Doctor Wang will listen to you very attentively and never rush you through the appointment. He will do his best to treat my son and tried to allocate his time to see him before his overseas trip and we really appreciate his help. We had good experiences with KTP medical centre and we hope KTP will continue to provide quality medical services to the children.

Very children friendly hospital. Well done. Somehow I think Mr Khoo Must have donated large sum of money to support this hospital. I think he deserve some credit here.
