I was referred by a satisfied friend to Ocean Granites. I was helped by the Sales Manager, who is friendly and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. He walked me through a large selection of marbles, and was very mindful of my budget and the style I was looking for. He helped me pick out the perfect marble for my home! My second great experience came during installation. The marbles came on time, and the installers were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Everything went in flawless and looks better than I had imagined. Ocean Granites made my renovation experience stress free, and I'll gladly recommend them to anyone looking for marbles and granites.

Very bad services rendered for me when i try to visit their factory. Make appointment with Kelvin, but he blame me for not re-confirming that i will be there hence he left the factory. After which, did not reply my texts. I reckon, after appointment is set, one should either call/text the customer ask if she/he is coming. If you really forget about the appointment, just admit that you forgot about it and ask if another day another time is possible. I guess there are actually many ways to appease the customer but just not blame and disappear. Very disappointed.
