As an Australian currently living and working in Singapore, the service that Nick, Susanna, Iris & Rena provided from the Odin team was excellent. We had engaged with other expat brokers, however, Odin was able to show us a much wider array of pre-approval financing options for our intended future house purchase in Australia, which were not only more competitive (from an interest rate point of view), but also provided options that would allow for higher amounts to be lent. Nick was great in showing us all our available options, and gave great advice on how to structure the loan. Once our property had been successfully selected, Susanna was exemplary in her following up to ensure that the financing side of the settlement was done. She was also extremely clear on the paperwork that we needed to organise on our end (such as notary at the Australian High Commission). It made the process very straight forward, and made us feel at ease. We'd be more than happy to engage with the Odin team again should we need further financing while we are still living outside of Australia.
