About Odyssey The Global Preschool
Odyssey The Global Preschool is an international preschool located at 50A Lloyd Rd, Singapore 239128, serving families islandwide. It is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. The school holds a 4.6/5 rating across 20 Google reviews — a borderline sample, so treat this as directional rather than conclusive. No EduTrust certification has been confirmed in the available data, which is worth clarifying directly with the school before enrolment.
Families considering Odyssey The Global Preschool should begin by establishing which curriculum track is offered and what university or primary-school pathway it supports. The full annual cost picture matters at this stage: beyond tuition fees, families should confirm any non-refundable enrolment fee, refundable deposit, building fund or capital levy, as well as transport and meal arrangements. It is worth asking about the student-to-teacher ratio, SEN capacity, and the mix of expatriate and Singaporean enrolment. An open house or school visit during operating hours is strongly recommended before committing, and families should request an intake assessment process where relevant to the age group.
To take the next step, contact Odyssey The Global Preschool directly by phone or via the enquiry form on their listing to arrange a school visit, request the current fee schedule, and confirm EduTrust certification status before paying any fees.
Visit during school hours, verify EduTrust certification on the CPE register, and get the full cost (tuition + enrolment fee + deposit + building fund + transport/meals) and refund policy in writing before paying.
Nice and pleasant from the outside. Brings back some modernity to this part of Killiney. This pre-school has potential just by its location. Hope to see more and will be back to review further once it opens in 2019. April 2019 updated photographs. And it's opened for business.
I like the school very much, given the very central location, it's a kind of luxury to have a decent size of area for outdoor activities so that the kids can enjoy the fresh air and some sunlight. The teachers and admin staff are kind, patient and caring, one amazing part is that they can remember the names of all the kids in the school accurately. The school has its own kitchen with amazing chefs, my kid loves the food there and even ask me to get the recipe and make it at home. Personally I'm very happy with the school and my kid also enjoys the time at school.
Odyssey at Lloyd’s Road has been a wonderful experience for our family and one that my daughter enjoys a lot. Principal Beatrice is actively involved in the day-to-day school life, often engaging with parents and students, she even remembers most of the students and parents names. The teachers, especially Ms Chu Hui, Ms Wu Shuai, Ms Diane, and previously Ms Jing Wen, have been engaged, caring, and dedicated. My daughter has grown very close with her teachers, especially Ms Wu, and enjoys the food served at school more than the food served at home or from restaurants. We are updated daily on her progress during pick-up and also through the school’s app, where stories and photos are regularly posted. Mr Christian and the other security members are very friendly and accomodating as well, making pick-ups a pleasant daily experience.
I fell my son is very happy at the school and I can see the way the kids learn is so playful and efficient at the same time. I was specially happy to see that Odyssey is doing all possible to adjust my son´s diet according to the restrictions that he has (gluten free and dairy free) without making him fell like he is different. Potty traininh has been a challenge for us, but the teachers are helping a lot in this process. We couldn´t be happier with our experience!
Very nice school with plenty of space for kids to explore and have fun (which is not “comum” in Singapore). Teachers are kind and supportive with kids.

International preschool fees in Singapore typically range from S$25,000 to S$40,000 per year at the preschool level, though the precise figures for Odyssey The Global Preschool are not publicly confirmed — contact the school directly for the current fee schedule. Beyond annual tuition, families should budget for a non-refundable enrolment fee (typically S$3,500–7,500), a refundable deposit (often equivalent to one term's fees), and any building fund or capital levy where applicable. Transport and meals, if provided, typically add S$1,500–8,000 per year depending on arrangements. Fee escalation of 8–12% annually is common across Singapore international schools, so factor this into a multi-year commitment. Tuition fees at EduTrust-certified schools are GST-exempt. Odyssey The Global Preschool markets itself as a globally oriented preschool, but the specific curriculum framework — whether an IB Primary Years Programme, an international early childhood model, or another approach — should be confirmed directly with the school, as it is not specified in the available listing data. At the preschool level, curriculum choice primarily shapes readiness for the next stage of schooling: international primary schools following IB, British, American, or other tracks. It is worth asking the school which primary schools its graduates typically transition to, and whether the programme explicitly prepares children for a particular curriculum pathway. Request details on class size, student-to-teacher ratio, and SEN support capacity during your school visit.
The typical enrolment process for an international preschool involves an online or phone enquiry, a school visit, and in some cases a brief intake assessment or parent interview to confirm the programme is a good fit for the child's age and development stage. Popular year groups and intake cohorts can fill early, so it is advisable to enquire several months ahead of your intended start date. Before paying any enrolment fee or deposit, confirm which portion is refundable if circumstances change — for example, if your family relocates before the term begins. It is also important to verify EduTrust certification on the CPE (Committee for Private Education) public register, as this certification is the key regulatory benchmark for private schools in Singapore. Visiting the school during operating hours and meeting the lead educator for your child's age group is strongly recommended before committing.
