If you are enquiring for the first time, reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form to discuss your wellness goals and any relevant health conditions or contraindications. Holistic practitioners typically conduct a brief intake conversation before your first session to understand your current state — whether you are managing stress, recovering from an injury, seeking flexibility work, or exploring a broader mind-body practice. From there, you can discuss whether a single session or a recurring package suits your schedule and commitment level, and clarify the cancellation policy before booking.
To take the next step, contact Ojas Yoga directly through WhatsApp or the enquiry form to check availability, confirm the session format that matches your goals, and ask about first-visit arrangements at Joo Chiat.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I feel very grateful to have Palak as my prenatal yoga instructor. She teaches with so much patience, warmth, and care, making every session calm, safe, and supportive. Her guidance is always clear, and she gently reminds us to listen to our bodies, which is very reassuring during pregnancy. Thank you, Palak, for creating such a comforting space for expectant mothers. I always leave the class feeling relaxed and more confident.❤️❤️🥰
I’m truly grateful to have Palak as my prenatal yoga instructor. She teaches with so much patience, warmth, and genuine care. Every session feels calm, safe, and thoughtfully guided, especially during pregnancy when reassurance matters so much. Palak always explains the movements clearly, gently checks in, and makes sure we listen to our bodies without any pressure. Her soothing presence and positive energy make each class something I really look forward to. Thank you, Palak, for creating such a supportive and comforting space for expectant mothers. Your guidance has helped me feel more confident, relaxed, and connected to my body during this beautiful journey ❤️
Glad to have found out about and joined the Rishikesh yoga retreat organised by Ojas Yoga in March 2025. The group size was cozy, allowing us all to interact well with each other. Most of the schedule was well-planned and organized, allowing the activities to proceed smoothly. There was a good mix of activities to cater to various interests and I had a really good experience overall :)
I highly recommend Ojas Yoga and Wellness to all pregnant women. I started my lessons in my third trimester, and Palak has been an incredibly knowledgeable instructor — deeply mindful of our changing bodies, yet not afraid to gently push us so we can truly feel the benefits of each pose. She has a wonderful way of blending yoga with manifestation and affirmations, helping us prepare both physically and mentally for labour. The package is very reasonably priced, and it’s something I genuinely look forward to every week, knowing Palak will help ease whatever swollen feet or backaches I’ve been dealing with.
Ms Palak, I highly recommend this yoga instructor. She is knowledgeable, patient, and very attentive to her students. She provides clear guidance and offers modifications so everyone can practise safely and comfortably. She's very professional.

Ojas Yoga is listed at a mid-range price point ($$), though specific per-session rates are not published on this listing. Singapore holistic and yoga wellness providers typically charge S$25–60 per drop-in class and S$150–400 for multi-session packages, depending on format (group class, private session, or specialised programme). A first-time consultation or introductory session may be priced separately from ongoing bookings. Confirm the current per-session rate, any package or membership options, and the cancellation or no-show policy directly with Ojas Yoga before committing. No formal GP referral is required to book at Ojas Yoga, but most holistic wellness practitioners ask new clients to complete a brief intake form covering existing health conditions, injuries, medications, and wellness goals before the first session. This helps the practitioner tailor the session and flag any contraindications — for example, certain yoga inversions or breathwork techniques are not appropriate during pregnancy or for clients with specific spinal conditions. If you intend to claim the session cost through a health insurance policy, check whether your insurer requires a GP referral letter or a receipt from a licensed allied health professional, as holistic providers may not always qualify. For complex or clinical conditions, a GP or specialist referral to a physiotherapist or registered TCM practitioner may be more appropriate alongside or instead of holistic practice.
Holistic wellness and yoga instruction in Singapore is not regulated by a single statutory board in the same way as physiotherapy (AHPC), TCM (TCMPB), or medicine (SMC). There is currently no mandatory government licence for yoga teachers or general holistic practitioners, so credentials vary — look for internationally recognised training certifications such as Yoga Alliance RYT-200 or RYT-500, relevant continuing education, and years of practice experience. Ojas Yoga has no regulatory licences listed on this listing. Enquire directly about the lead practitioner's qualifications, training lineage, and any specialist certifications before your first session. The 4.9/5 rating across 114 Google reviews provides meaningful reassurance, but verifying practitioner credentials directly remains the most reliable step.
