Great experience with One Heart Cleaning, this is already our second service with them. We booked them for spring cleaning and deep mattress cleaning after being away for a few months, and the unit especially the mattresses and pillows; felt fresh and properly cleaned right after. The team was very thorough, flexible, and accommodating. Whenever I wanted to recheck an area, they were happy to redo it until everything was to satisfaction. They removed stubborn stains on the baseboards, pipes, ceilings, windows and walls - areas you don’t normally clean every day and you can really see and feel how clean the unit is afterwards. Mong and Qiang were great, and the other team member who handled the kitchen and tougher areas did an amazing job too (sorry I forgot his name!). Special thanks to Wei, very professional and hands-on. He truly stands by his word that if you’re not happy, they will redo the work. They also provide all cleaning materials and a high-powered vacuum, which really makes a difference for deep cleaning. For anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service that gives real peace of mind, One Heart Cleaning is highly recommended
