"I joined this Reiki course with an open mind, curious about healing. Having tried sessions with other practitioner, I'm now diving deeper with hands-on practice, working with the 7 chakras. Reiki's holistic approach has helped me manage my emotions and thoughts – it's been a game-changer. A highlight was feeling the energy surge in my hands and learning to channel it. Big shoutout to Jaslyn for guiding me step-by-step – highly recommend!"
A very eye-opening and healing experience. Learning from Jaslyn is just indescribable. The knowledge she has is immense. I came with an open mind but left astounded. Highly recommended!
Completed my reiki intro course with Jesyln. She was a patient, kind and proactive teacher. I felt confident in myself with this method after the class, and am encouraged to try her other classes :)
I really enjoyed Jaslyn’s Reiki Level 1 course. I’ve always been able to sense energy in people and spaces, and I signed up hoping to get better at working with it. I’ve also come to see Reiki as a powerful form of healing—and this course just reinforced that belief. One of the highlights was when Jaslyn did a demonstration on each of us. When it was my turn, I felt this warm, comforting energy wash over me—and I actually started snoring within minutes (slightly embarrassing). I felt good for days after. After the attunement, I was surprised to find I could sense and even channel energy through my palms quite easily. To be honest, I’ve had some unpleasant experiences in the past with energy work, so I was quite cautious going in. But Jaslyn’s approach felt safe, grounded, and genuine. It opened my eyes—and I found the course incredibly useful.
Jaslyn is so experienced and helpful in reiki and singing bowl. She is able to articulate the methodology and benefits of reiki. I am refreshed and enlightened after attending her session. Highly recommended!

ONE Heart Singapore is listed at a mid-range price point, though specific session rates are not publicly displayed. Singapore holistic wellness sessions typically range from S$60–200 per session depending on modality and duration, with introductory or first-consultation fees sometimes offered at a lower rate. Package pricing (e.g. a block of 5 or 10 sessions) is common and usually works out to a lower per-session cost than drop-in rates. Confirm the per-session rate, whether a first-consultation fee applies, and the no-show or cancellation policy before booking. Ask whether packages are transferable or have an expiry date. No formal referral is required to book a holistic wellness session at ONE Heart Singapore. Most clients contact the centre directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form to describe what they are looking for, and an initial consultation or intake conversation is typically arranged to understand the client's goals and any contraindications. If you have an underlying medical condition, it is worth informing the practitioner at the point of enquiry so they can advise whether the modalities offered are appropriate. For some conditions, a GP referral letter can support an insurance claim, so check your policy before the first session if this is relevant to you.
Holistic wellness is a broad category in Singapore, and licensing requirements vary by modality. Physiotherapists and occupational therapists are registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC); TCM practitioners are registered with the TCM Practitioners Board (TCMPB); psychologists are registered with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) or hold a practising certificate under the relevant board. No regulatory licences are currently listed for ONE Heart Singapore on KakiList. Before booking, ask directly which modality the session involves and whether the practitioner holds a relevant board registration. For any modality with a public register — AHPC, TCMPB, or others — you can verify the named practitioner's licence online before your first appointment.
