Centralized location, clean and simple studio! I’ve mostly done Bikram there and I appreciate that they have someone who would clean the class room after every class especially before or after a bikram class. It’s a lot of sweat and it’s important to keep the place clean and hygienic for users before or after a bikram class. The facilities are super simple, do not expect fancy bathrooms. Best to bring your own toiletries. You can rent their towels for $1 per towel.

would give 0 stars if I could for the absolutely appalling treatment we received. This lady and I were just 5 minutes late for our class, and both doors to the centre were locked with no receptionist. not wanting to disturb the class, we called the centre but the phone rang audibly with no answer. we then knocked multiple times and heard the instructor's voice loudly teaching the class, but he completely ignored us. understand if there's a strict no-lateness policy, but customer service e.g. responding and letting us know we can't go in, is not too high an expectation, I hope.
