I engaged them to just assist with applying a sealer over self leveled cement for a commercial space. Even though it’s a simple job, they were very helpful in addressing our main concerns, and were very patient in explaining how different products work. They even came down several times to test the various products to demonstrate how the final product will be like for our space before we came to a final decision. It was super helpful as we wanted to preserve the aesthetics of the place hence testing and guaranteeing the outcome was something we needed. There were no hard selling during the process, definitely top notch customer service. Would recommend to anyone with flooring needs!

We are overall happy with the new flooring, the flat looks bright and clean, it gives us a good feeling and changes the atmosphere. My son loves his room so much that he proudly shows his room to anyone who visits our home, haha.... We feel Hejia knows his products very well. He was extremely patient to guide us throughout the whole process (from color, type, background of the products, etc). We faced some challenging in deciding the color/type as there were too many opinions in our family. The workmanship is neat too. He did a thorough check after completion. We have started to recommend his service to others. He may not be the best, but he is definitely one of the best! Heartfelt thanks, Hejia!
