Brought my old dog here few years back when she was sick and the clinic charged us over $1,000 in a visit to run various tests. Other than some blood count issue, there wasn’t a diagnosis. Well, turns out she had Pyometra and it was so severe that we had to put her down to prevent further suffering. The vets (there were a few occasions we got intern/inexperienced vet) never diagnosed this despite a few visits but charged very expensive fees. It’s our first dog, so it was very heartbreaking to know this could’ve been prevented but the vets here never even thought to mention the preventable measures.

My dog Kyoto is so excited every time she understands I am taking her to the vet. Her behavior only reflects how amazing the staff takes care of her. You can see they are very serious about their work and have a lovely way of dealing with the pets. In addition, last year we were faced with a very serious situation that was life threatening to her and the doctors were super fast and assertive in their recommendations, which allowed us to take measurements that ended up saving her life. I cannot recommend them enough

Was not advised upon booking that paw-rents are not allowed into the clinic (because of the clinic's Covid fears), thus are not allowed to be at the consult with their pet. Arrived for my appointment and was told that I couldn't come in, and my dog would go into see the vet without me, and the vet would call me afterwards to talk through. It's August 2023 and these are still incredibly Covid-strict practices. If the clinic wants to operate with these strict restrictions, of course it's their choice, but they should advise people on booking so it can also be a choice of the customer if you still want to go to this vet with their Covid-paranoid approach or not. Personally, I want to be able to be at the appointment with my dog and have a real-time discussion about her health, so I left this clinic without seeing the vet, and will now find another vet that allows paw-rent presence at consults. Hope this helps to inform others considering this clinic, as I lost a lot of time and effort to go to this vet before being informed of this situation.
