Very impressed by their professionalism. The Manager is quick to respond to my question via WhatsApp. Ah Di is very friendly and knowledgeable and is able to identify and assess all my aircon issues and explain thoroughly to me. The other guys are also very nice, utilising and making use of my new aircon spare parts to fix my current old aircon problem. This is unlike those other aircon company people where they are pretty 敷衍 （muddle through). They don’t really tell you much on the details and just quickly do what they need to do and leave. So I’m glad to find an aircon servicing company that is good and affordable :)

I make arrange on last sat, on changing a PCB board for 1 unit and servicing of the system 2 units. Team of 3 guys came over.. 2 went straight for washing and 1 went straight to the problem - changing of the PCB unit and components. In charge go thru what needed to be done. Details of everything was being brief. Thumb up for the team and Details. Quick and on the dot. Will refer friends for their service. 👍👍
