About Ossia Music School
Ossia Music School is a music education provider operating islandwide across Singapore, listed on KakiList as a verified and ACRA-registered business. It holds a Google rating of 4.9 out of 5 based on 130 reviews — a robust sample that offers meaningful confidence in the quality of its instruction. Fees are positioned at the mid-range tier ($$), though specific per-session or monthly pricing is not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the school.
Families and adult learners looking to enrol should start by enquiring about the right level and syllabus fit — whether that is beginner keyboard, classical piano aligned with ABRSM or Trinity grades, guitar, vocals, or other instruments. It is worth asking about group lessons versus one-to-one tuition, the availability of a trial class to assess teaching style and student engagement, and whether lessons are conducted in-person at the Woodlands Civic Centre location or available online. Term commitments and make-up lesson policies are practical points to clarify before signing up.
To take the next step, reach out to Ossia Music School via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to ask about instrument availability, current class schedules, and whether a trial lesson can be arranged for the intended student.
Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
Staff are friendly and helpful. My 4year old girl love attending Teacher Siti lesson. She showed more interest in learning and looking forward for every lesson.
My girl progress very well with the support of the teacher. Her teacher is very nice, supportive and patient. She is looking forward to attend the piano lesson every week.
My son’s learning the drums here. Miss Yean Her has taken over Teacher Thivagar’s lessons. It wasn’t an easy start, what with my son being an absolute fan of Thivagar, but miss Yean is a wonderful teacher and he has visibly progressed over the last few months under her and also partakes in her recitals.🫶 looks forward to her lessons each week.
Teacher Grace is a thoughtful teacher who pays close attention to how my son plays the piano. Her teachings were interesting and useful, and she was very patient with my son. My son looks forward to his weekly piano lesson with Teacher Grace. I would strongly recommend her to anyone interested in learning to play the piano. The overall experience at Ossia School is also excellent. The administration staff is friendly and helpful in processing payments and scheduling lessons that work for us.
My girl has been learning piano and violin classes with Ossia at civic center. Her music teacher Ms Bo is also talented in teaching 2 instruments. We don’t need to attend classes at different timing. Admin staffs are helpful and kind too. Their fees are also reasonable.

Ossia Music School displays a mid-range ($$) price indicator, but specific per-session rates are not publicly listed and will vary depending on the instrument, lesson format (group or one-to-one), and level. In the Singapore music school market, individual lessons typically range from S$40–S$80 per 30-minute session, while group classes tend to be lower per head. Monthly packages and term commitments often offer a more cost-effective rate than pay-per-session arrangements. Ask about a trial class fee, whether learning materials or books are charged separately, and whether sibling or multi-course discounts apply. See the full Music Schools cost guide for Singapore →
Many music schools in Singapore offer a trial lesson at a nominal fee or as part of an introductory package — it is worth asking Ossia Music School directly whether this option is available for your chosen instrument and level. A trial class is the most reliable way to assess whether the teaching style suits the student, whether the pacing is appropriate, and whether the student feels engaged and comfortable with the instructor. For younger children in particular, a trial lesson can also reveal whether the format — individual or group, structured or play-based — matches the child's learning temperament before a term commitment is made.
Specific tutor qualifications are not listed in the available provider data. When enquiring, it is reasonable to ask about each instructor's formal training background — for example, whether they hold a music degree or diploma, performance qualifications such as ABRSM or Trinity grades at distinction level, and any teaching certifications. Years of teaching experience and familiarity with specific examination syllabuses (ABRSM, Trinity, LCM) are also worth confirming if exam preparation is a goal. If the school is unable to provide this information upfront, that is worth noting before committing to a term.
