Taking a moment to share my family's appreciation for Jing Wen, Malcolm and Val as they made our family's photoshoot fun and natural. I could go on about how they showed up and did an absolutely amazing job, but you would expect that no less, right? What really left an indelible impression was the empathy shown: showing up even if they might be having a bad day and acting absolutely goofy to amuse the kids in order to get that great shot, understanding and recommending that a timeout was probably the best thing to initiate as a child got cranky which did eventually work miracles 'cos said child eventually carried on with the photoshoot in a much better state! As cliche as it seems, it's the little details that make the difference and Jing Wen, Malcolm and Val definitely saw that through. Thank you for an absolutely memorable and beautiful shoot!

We engaged The Love Studios for our family shoot, and we loved the experience! We made a mistake in the booking and Crispin went out of his way to make sure that we were still able to proceed with our double slot shoot. We also had additional requests to bring in props and Crispin coordinated for us seamlessly. Xing Jie was our photographer, and he made the shoot so fun and comfortable for us! He spoke in both English and Mandarin to engage with our parents and directed poses as well. We received all the photos taken on the same day for us to select the final photos to be edited. The edited photos were also delivered within the provided timeline. All in all, we are very pleased with the results and highly recommended The Love Studios for your family shoots!

From a family of 3 to a family of 4, Hayden has been the one to capture beautiful memories of our growing family. It is not easy to engage the kids but he managed to make our 2 boys smile and look at the camera at the same time. Parents will know how difficult that is!
