About P&L Homeopathic Clinic
P&L Homeopathic Clinic offers holistic wellness services from its premises at Orchard Building, 1 Grange Road, and is listed as serving clients islandwide. The clinic has been verified by KakiList, meaning a real person confirmed operating details and contact information. It holds a 3.6/5 rating across 23 Google reviews — a moderate sample, though the rating itself sits below the typical 4.0 threshold seen at well-regarded wellness providers, so prospective clients may wish to read individual reviews before booking.
New clients typically begin with a first consultation during which the practitioner takes a detailed case history covering current symptoms, medical background, lifestyle, and wellness goals. Homeopathic consultations are generally longer than conventional appointments — often 45 to 90 minutes for an initial session — and subsequent follow-up visits are shorter. Clients should ask upfront whether a course of sessions is recommended, what the cancellation and rescheduling policy is, and whether any particular preparation (such as avoiding certain foods or medications before a session) is required.
To enquire or book an appointment, contact P&L Homeopathic Clinic by phone or via the enquiry form listed on their KakiList profile. It is advisable to confirm the first-consultation fee, session duration, and practitioner credentials before attending.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I went there back in October and it was horrible. The Dr was very not professional and did not listen to my issue and kept insisting on her own treatment. Her clinic location and design was not bad but professionally she is not on par with medical professionals. My issue was solve after seeing a gynecologist. Everything wad good but I hope the Dr improve her attitude in communication and professional attitude.
Went for a Consultation with Dr Ruth Ho, she does not listen to my needs instead she blames external factors and unnecessary things that’s causing my stress, very expensive, her medications does nothing, highly unreliable treatment and waste of money
Dr Ruth initially treated me pretty okay and promised that I could ask her any questions regarding my skin issue through text or call. First month she responded but after that she totally ignored and when my mum called, she scolded my mum without any reason saying that she did not speak to her politely because she didn't greet her. My mum just called and mentioned who she was before asking a question but Dr Ruth lashed out. Very unprofessional and gives empty promises. Always recommend steroids although it's only a quick fix. After a year, my skin problem is still back. Not recommended at all and ridiculously expensive.
My mother suffers from dementia. She was either in delirious, aggressive or stupor state. Her urinary incontinece, insomnia and confusion are symptoms that the entire family have to struggle with. We finally decided to entrust her case in Dr Ruth Ho's hands. Now she sleeps better, able to take care of her basic needs and is more alert.
Great Staff and Great Doctor! Thank You for helping very Proffesional People specially to Dr Ruth and her very friendly Staff Meshel and Irene. Highly Recommended!

No formal referral is required to book a homeopathic consultation at P&L Homeopathic Clinic. The initial visit typically involves a detailed intake — covering medical history, current symptoms, emotional and lifestyle factors, and wellness goals — before any recommendation is made. It is worth completing any intake form sent ahead of the appointment as thoroughly as possible, as homeopathic case-taking relies heavily on the full picture of a person's health. If you have a complex or chronic condition, bringing a recent GP summary or specialist report can help the practitioner understand your background more quickly. For clients seeking to claim through insurance, check with your insurer whether homeopathic consultations are covered and whether a GP referral letter improves the claim outcome.
Homeopathy is not a regulated healthcare profession in Singapore — there is no statutory licensing body equivalent to the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) for physiotherapists or the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) for TCM practitioners. Practitioners may hold voluntary certifications from international homeopathic institutes or professional associations, but these are not verified against a public government register. No regulatory licences are currently listed for P&L Homeopathic Clinic on KakiList. Before booking, ask the practitioner directly about their training background, the institution where they qualified, how many years they have been in practice, and whether they hold any professional indemnity insurance. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
