Very unethical business. I purchased a pair of “heavy cutting pliers” from them via Lazada, and when it arrived, it couldn’t cut through a 0.7mm thin wire chain. I contacted the company and was told that I had bought the wrong type of pliers for cutting. If you're going to give excuses, at least make them believable. I have used this type of pliers for decades, and you're telling me the “heavy cutting pliers” I bought are not suitable for cutting wire? Extremely thin wire nonetheless. Next, they rejected my refund request because I could not return it in “original packaging… and the security seal is broken”. Common sense would tell you that I would have to break the seal and open the package to try out the pliers. How would I know it was defective if I didn’t open it to test? P.S. They initially asked me to return the pair of defective pliers with packaging so they could put it back for sale to other customers (as shown below). Any ethical business would dispose of defective products rather than repackage them and pass them off to another unsuspecting customer. Small things like these show how trustworthy this business is. It's safe to say, I won’t be buying from this company again. I can't be sure if what I'm buying isn’t someone else’s returned, defective item! I hope the item I received wasn’t returned by someone else too! Terrible experience, can't recommend shopping at this establishment. *This review is based my own experience with this business. Shop at your own risk.
