I appreciate the appointment system and hope the clinic could help patients better understand its purpose if waiting times can still be close to an hour. Additionally, the nurse seemed focused on completing the task rather than ensuring proper technique and patient comfort when taking blood pressure, and I hope further training can be provided to improve care quality.
