Been looking around for a Daikin System 4 and happened to come across Partnership Air-con. The boss personally came down to do site inspection and offered some good ideas to run the trunking and positioning of the aircon units. Customer service is also prompt in responding to my queries. Arranged installation within a week after the site inspection. The installation team is punctual and the job is generally well done. Boss dropped by halfway to check the progress and make sure things are in order. Thanks to boss for his service and to the installation team members Kamal Ajai and Nadaraj for the hard work. Also a big thanks to the pelmet team for enhancing the aesthetics side of the aircon work.

I had a really great experience and couldn’t be happier with the service. Alice was wonderful to deal with—friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable, and she was always quick to respond whenever I had questions. Shohag and Youns did an amazing job as technicians.
