Deborah & Team from Passion Bereavement Care is very detailed in the whole arrangement. They provide excellent care and they are very sensitive to the needs of the family. They worked closely with us on the timing throughout the wake. The whole set-up was so beautiful (looks more like a wedding theme than a traditional wake). I would like to sincerely thank Deborah and her entire team for taking such wonderful care of my mom’s funeral. What they did was truly beyond our expectations. My mom’s funeral was handled over five days and nights, and from the very beginning, Deborah was present and compassionate. Not long after our introductory call, she came to the hospital, comforted our family emotionally, and patiently coached us through the entire process so we knew what to expect. She stayed with us from my mom’s hospital bed all the way until our departure from the mortuary. Even late into the night, Deborah was always available to us on WhatsApp, offering guidance and reassurance. The next day, the team respectfully set up at my parents’ block and transformed the void deck into a beautiful funeral space. Several friends even commented that it looked like a wedding—it was so beautifully done, exactly the way my mom would have loved it. Each day of the funeral exceeded our expectations. The team arrived on time, cleaned thoroughly, checked and replenished supplies, and kept us updated via WhatsApp. They even offer a “night-watcher” service at a small fee for families who need rest, which was incredibly thoughtful. What amazed us most was that every person, regardless of role, served with a true spirit of excellence. The team was clearly well-trained, not only technically, but also in serving with genuine love and compassion. My entire family felt it. Their kindness was never mechanical, but intentional—woven with the love of God from the very beginning to the final day. On the final day, just as it was about to rain, Deborah prayed in faith that God would stop the rain—and within five minutes, the rain stopped. This team truly trusts God, and God surely honors Deborah and her team. Thank you once again. Passion Bereavement Care team provided the most excellent and comprehensive service. They were detailed and meticulous in every aspect. "Everything" required was provided and they also helped to liaise with venue booking, cremation, collection of ashes, etc. As a result, we didn't have to do anything, reliving us of additional stress during this difficult time. The wake setup was outstanding, with QC controlled daily clean up! Many guests were impressed by their services and complimented that the mobile toilet was the most pleasant and cleanest that they have ever seen. Thank you Deborah, Vinnie, Hanis, Kenny and the rest of the team, special mention to Ah Hao for his versatility and thoughtfulness. Highly recommended!!
