All the doctors & staffs are great & professionals! Send my precious baby there and got admitted to the clinic for almost 2 weeks due to a very serious illness. All of them, did their best to take good care of my cat, Yoda and didn't gave up on him. Special thank to Dr Aidil for doing a great job assisting Yoda ensuring he will get better every day until today. Thank you so much passionvet !
My dog has been receiving acupuncture here for over a year. After trying acupuncture at several vets, he showed the least resistance at Passion Vet. Dr Kerrie is skilful and calm, and my dog consistently feels more comfortable with his mild hip dysplasia after each session. Treatments started weekly and were gradually reduced to monthly as his condition improved. There was no pressure to sign packages or buy medication. The nurses are friendly and genuinely caring. When my dog needed his first cone due to paw chewing, the entire staff came out to applaud him to help him accept it. To this day, he loves wearing a cone, something that continues to puzzle our dog’s boarder and daycare staff. The passion and dedication of the team truly stand out, well done!
Extremely Disappointed – No Passion, Only Profit I visited Passion Vet at 6:10pm, well before their stated closing time of 7:00pm. Despite this, I was told I would be charged an additional fee of $78 just because it was after 6pm — something that was not stated anywhere on their website or visibly disclosed in the clinic. What’s worse is that the clinic was already cleared of other pets, meaning there was no queue or delay. Yet, the staff refused to proceed unless I agreed to the extra charge. There was zero concern shown for my pet’s condition — no questions, no preliminary check, just a push to pay first before anything else. If your clinic is really about "passion" for animals, show it. Don't hide extra charges and prioritize money over care. If this is your policy, make it transparent — on your website, on your door, and at your counter. As a responsible pet owner, I cannot in good conscience recommend this clinic. There are other vets nearby in Woodlands who actually care and show compassion. Please consider going elsewhere which is only 2 bus stops away.
My dog Akimi has been visiting Passion Vet's Dr Kerrie since she was a puppy. Dr Kerrie is always our first-to-go-to vet for Akimi. We love the passionate team working here, always gentle, patient, friendly and serving with a heart.
I sent my cat when he was at a critical stage, with death being almost imminent. After sending My cat to the vet, he was hospitalised, and came back like he had 9 lives. Thank you PassionVet for bringing back my cat to life

Passion Veterinary Clinic does not publicly list a fixed price schedule, which is typical for veterinary clinics where consultation fees vary depending on the nature of the visit. In Singapore, a standard vet consultation generally ranges from S$30 to S$80, with additional costs for diagnostics such as blood panels, X-rays, or urinalysis, which can add S$50 to S$300 or more depending on what is required. Vaccinations, deworming, and flea treatments are usually charged separately as add-ons. Pet owners should ask for an itemised estimate before proceeding with any treatment, particularly for surgical procedures or extended diagnostics. Pet insurance, if held, may offset a portion of eligible costs. See the full veterinary clinic cost guide for Singapore →
For dogs, core vaccinations typically include the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza), with rabies required for certain travel or boarding scenarios. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is commonly required by boarding and daycare facilities, though requirements vary by provider. For cats, the FVRCP vaccine (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) is the standard core vaccination. Most providers expect proof that vaccinations were administered within the past 12 months. If your pet's records are incomplete or out of date, Passion Veterinary Clinic can advise on a catch-up schedule during the consultation. Contact the clinic directly to confirm their specific vaccination documentation requirements ahead of your first visit.
Veterinary clinics in Singapore operate under the oversight of the National Parks Board (NParks) and the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS), which licenses veterinary practitioners and premises. AVS licensing for boarding and grooming facilities is a separate requirement; if Passion Veterinary Clinic offers boarding services, confirming their AVS boarding licence directly is advisable. Passion Veterinary Clinic is KakiList verified, meaning operating details have been confirmed by a real person. However, ACRA registration has not been confirmed for this listing, so prospective clients may wish to check the ACRA business registry independently. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
